Dr. Benjamin Martino and the entire operation at his practice are exemplary. I always feel heard and understood by Dr. Martino. He is attentive, he is caring, and he is of course highly trained and his office is the picture of modern ENT medicine with scans and in house procedures available immediately for fast and comfortable testing. I am so grateful to have found this practice and will stay as long as they will let me! Thank you Dr. Martino!

I had a septoplasty and enlarged turbinates reduction performed by this surgeon and an alledged anesthiologist.Procedure done under general anesthesia DID NOT GO WELL. After surgery, they kept quiet & did not care anymore. I felt something was wrong as soon as i got home & reached out to the surgeon 2 days later but too but too busy to listen to me...Then go Abcess in my throat then Covid19 & ER for 2 weeks; left for dead on my ER bed but the ER doctors brought me back to life after confirming with CT scans that the surgery was the cause. Surgeon confirmed that the entubation did not go well but it was my fault because of my anatomy. However, they kept quiet and released me on surgery day till I come back.Never heard about Dr Martino and his partner again. Indeed, the wonderful customer service they provided before surgery had vanished & so was themselves. Thank You.Less than 2 years later, I have the same condition & even worst symptoms.My surgery took place 6/10/20. Last night was another sleepless night not being able to breathe through my nose. Yet, I was assured that i would be healed for GOOD.Today is 1/15/22.I wish I had never chose to be the guinea pig of these people disguised in professionals.this location is 1hr away from home.M T.

If I could give Dr. Martino a "0" I would. My experience was HORRIBLE. i went to his office for a bump in my mouth/throat. When I called and made the appointment, I told his office why I was coming. I had been referred to him. I paid my copay of $70 upfront, as required. When Dr. Martino came into the room, I told him about my bump. He said he couldn't see it. He refused to do an exam or even listen to what I had to say. When I tried to show him the pictures, he refused to look at them. I said, then give me my $70 back and I will be on my way. He said, "I only had 20 minutes scheduled for your visit and your time is up". He started laughing and walked out of the room laughing all the way down the hall.That type of treatment of a patient who has a serious condition is horrific. I will never go to "The ENT & ALLERGY Center of Texas" again. If they employee these kinds of doctors, I want nothing to do with them. Dr. Martino should not have a license to practice.

Dr. Benjamin Martino is a very knowledgeable, caring & patient doctor. He performed surgery to my son's adenoids removal & ear tubes the whole experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for an ENT doctor. Everyone was friendly , courteous, efficient and respectful in his team.

Dr. Martino is kind, highly intelligent and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a problem with my vocal cord and through an out patient procedure, restore my voice. I highly recommend Dr. Marino, especially if you have a vocal cord problem.
