Terrible experience! I made an appointment and was told to come on Thursday to see the foot doctor. I showed up earlier for patient paperwork and the receptionist tells me the foot doctor isn't even in on Thursday's. She said my appointment was for Friday even though the lady who made the appointment said Thursday. It's a lot of work getting out of the house with a broken foot and a toddler. Never coming back here.

I had posted an earlier negative (1-star) review on 2022-01-18 10:37:32. I could not figure out how to add to that original review, and so writing a new one.I had a problem with them. Initial contact did not resolve the problem (see original review). After I posted the Yelp review, VHP contacted me, worked with me to resolve the problem to my satisfaction (actually beyond my satisfaction).Very happy with the outcome. Thank you very much.

The phone systems and billing department are a sham.. Luckily the medical staff makes up for it...the ones I see, anyway.

Terrible practice and protocol. I was a new patient and I had to sit through fill out all document via paper (which is fine but.. were in 20th century) but they have a VERY! strict policy on any person with any illness not allowed in the office... they tell you this after 1 hour of waiting in the office... if policy is this strict then this should be the first thing they ask (or better connect with patient the day before) but nope they just have everyone wait and then tell them.. In addition they offer Tele conference as an option to do DR visit but they will charge you out of pocket.. (why offer this as a back up then..)DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (Dr was Scott Wang)

I’ve been seeing Dr Gregory Ennis/ Village Health Care/suite 225 and Have been seeing him since 2007 and he’s the Best Doctor I’ve ever had in my entire life I trust him implicitly in fact I trust him more than I do my family he is a wonderful man and excellent doctor I recommend him to everybody

I had my first visit here for my physical and am very much convinced. People are so nice and friendly! No hesitation in answering questions! I had an appointment with Dr.Shane and he is such a nice person and took more time to check my physicals! It was a great experience and I love this place!!
