I had a great first visit with Dr. Yao. His staff is friendly and wonderful. I was able to book my appointment online, they confirmed and sent all the paper work. Confirmed to all COVID questions through SMS in advance to my visit. They don't keep a full waiting room so they avoid exposure during this time. There was little wait. Again, the staff is lovely, friendly, and really listen; just the same as my experience with Dr. Yao. He took the time to listen to my concerns, went over them one by one; provided good referrals to specialists and have the convenience of a lab in the same building. I will recommend, and even look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Yao is amazing! I cant say enough here so I wont even try because there isnt enough room but thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yao and I would (and already have) recommend him. He is thorough in his investigation and diagnosis and is not at all condescending. It is like having a partner for your healthcare, giving you solid advice and looking out for your best interest but all the time reminding you, you have choice.
