Dr. Nickson and his staff were extremely professional, they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Nickson took his time to review my x-rays which was done in his facility, very convenience. He explain everything so well including steps and procedures. I feel very confidence with Dr. Nickson taking care of my health. Also, after Dr. Nickson saw my x-rays and perform some exam he knew what was my problem.

Currently going thru treatment with Dr. Nickson and has given me some direction about my knee and ankle injury after visiting 2 doctors prior who told me different assessments. Words can't describe with how impressed I am after seeing his office.

Dr. Nickson has performed two different surgeries on me, torn Achilles tendon repair and knee scope. He is a very professional and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him and his staff!

Follow up visit following accident. Staff very efficient and quickly was seen by nurse and PA . X-rays taken. Saw physician all within 10 min or so. Next Step has excellent services.

This Doctor has great bed side manners and he provided professional service with a smile. He gave clear and precise explanations of my X- Rays by showing me the affected areas. The entire office was friendly, helpful and timely I didn’t have to wait and wait and wait. Looking forward to the next visit.
