My experience with Dr Sarpong was great. He performed my surgery and shared unbiased and very helpful information before my procedure. Most of the staff is great too. Post surgery I ran into a problem with their after hours person who answers the phone, I told them about my troubles that day and before I could even understand where I was going or being transferred to she transferred me to a voicemail. Without any direction, who the messages go to, or if this will even address my issue. I call back and she rudely this time talked over me when I was just trying to explain my confusion. Overall I’d recommend Dr Sarpong and his staff but that last person acted completely inappropriate towards someone who just needs some clarity and understanding having just gone through surgery. It wasn’t even after hours yet, the hours on Friday day until 5pm they’re open, their voicemail said they were closed at 4:07pm.

I have been a patient of Dr Benae for going on three years. I was referred to him by my primary care Dr and was told he is the best. I have not met one person on my journey with back issues that has had anything negative to say about him. He is hands down the only surgeon that I trust operating on my spine. He is not quick to jump to surgery unless all other alternatives have been explored which I appreciated. Unfortunately I had another disc giving me issues starting several months ago that left me unable to walk. I went from having my appointment to having 2 MRI's my follow up appointment, and an injection all in the same week. 2 weeks later after not getting any relief from the injection, I had another appointment and surgery the following week. I am 1 week post surgery and able to walk again! The speed and urgency his team had in seeing the process through was truly amazing. I feel that Dr Benae listened to what I was going through and was compassionate about my situation. His team went above and beyond to jump through the insurance hoops and scheduling hoops to get me in surgery as soon as possible. His bed side manners are on point and made it to the hospital to check on me on a Saturday morning. His entire staff has always been beyond professional and courteous. I would recommend Dr Benae to anyone who is having issues in his field of study. Thank you Dr Benea from the Thomas family!

Dr Benae is a gifted neurosurgeon, who is compassionate and caring for his patients. I have had two triple fusions by Him. The first one turned out with excellent results and I am still recovering from the second one. I would recommend him to anyone.

What can I say other than Dr. Benae is THEE BOMB.COM!!! I was referred to his office on a whim after months of seeking answers, his team, Clinical Manager Ms. Sherri was able to get me an appointment ASAP when she saw the pain I was in when I came to their lobby. The day of my appointment with him, is when everything changed, my body literally gave out to the pain of what I found out was a rare tumor in my spine. I’d gone to multiple doctors offices and they continued to minimize my experience…not Dr. Benae! He and his team, especially Ms. Rose took swift action and getting me transitioned to the hospital, getting STAT MRIs ordered, which resulted in me getting admitted and having a laminectomy and spinal fusion of having six screws placed in my back. He was so patient and educated not just me but also my family. There were moments in hospital where not only him but his team…who were not even located at the hospital…advocated for me to ensure I received the care, medication, and attention I deserved. I told him the weekend that I discharged that he saved my life and I truly mean that. I don’t know what would’ve happened. I’m one month post op and doing well and their advocacy and support continues. Dr. Benae, Rose, and Sherri from the bottom of my heart…thank you for all you do and have done for me. There is no other doctor I would recommend…even the nurses at the hospital were bragging about how great of a doctor he is and asked how I got so lucky. All I can say is “God Loves Me” because he blessed me with a great treatment team with NTBSS.

Very clean and well run office with a professional, welcoming, and kind staff. All of the providers deliver precise, high quality care. Dr. Benae is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and brings a strong sense of reassurance through his care. The manager sherry is very professional, attentive, and responsive to patients’ needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking expert neurosurgical care!!

Patient communication was top notch. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He was very professional in explaining all treatment options on a level that I could understand. I am very pleased with his honesty!

So Blessed to have a Dr. Listen to me and help me . He is on top of things. I will be referring him. My scare is barley visible. Awsome staff aswell. Thank yall so much.

The doctor was great as always so was all the staff. I had reminded waiting and I appreciate so much that he had his doors open for Saturday.

Initial Appointment I was impressed by the use of technology in looking over my MRI and X-Rays. Pleasant demeanor and great front office staff.
