I recommend Dr.Pahlavan and the team with all my heart.There aren’t words to express the kind of gratitude I have for Dr. Pahlavan and the team. While my surgery might be a normal standard procedure that could feel redundant, it’s important to me that I take the time to appreciate the skills, knowledge, and human touch that this procedure required from Dr. Pahlavan and the team. When running behind they explicitly told me I had a 15 minute grace period if I were to be late. I ended up being late as expected (my fault due to being recently handicapped and slow to move with no handicap parking spaces available) however, I still arrived and checked in by 3:12.At which point they told me they could not see me, despite my circumstances and the tremendous amount of effort I made to make it to this appointment on my own.They admitted to double and triple overbooking themselves and that is why they could not let me in, despite the grace period.I understand that it was still my fault for being late. However, it is unbelievable to me that they could promote a 15 minute grace period and then not honor it because they overbooked themselves.When I mentioned this to them, they then started to backtrack and lie and say that they DO honor their grace period, but for me specifically the grace period was only 10 minutes because I needed a hearing test. Which is 100% false, as I did not need a hearing test at all since I just had one at my last appointment and was told my hearing is excellent and was not the cause of my problem.When I mentioned this, they backtracked again and said that actually they don’t even have a 10 or 15 minute grace period policy.Whatever the case, they are inconsistent, deceitful, overbooked, and displayed a complete lack of compassion for someone who genuinely needed their help.

Dr. Suchanova is wonderful. She took her time, listened and took care of my needs. Sr. Suchanova addressed all of my concerns. She is very knowledgeable.

Since moving to Texas I found out that there are so many different types of trees, grasses, weeds & molds that I’m allergic to that drive me crazy it was time to find help. One of my friends introduced me to Dr Pahlavan’s practice where I now am getting relief from the things I’m allergic to by receiving weekly allergy shot for the specific things that bother me. It’s been almost a year and I have a runny nose and red eyes. Life is now a lot more fun.

Dr.Shane Pahlavan is absolutely the best! I had a need to get in quickly and he made sure that happened. He so knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind and listens. His staff is also amazing. I would highly recommend Dr.Pahlavan.
