The care I received from EVERY Med City staff was EXEMPLARY. It was coordinated and compassionate and felt like I was being attended to by capable hands for the entire 36 hours I was there. And the food was pretty good too!

If I could leave 0 I would! I brought my husband here this morning dropped him off I had my baby. I was so confident they would take care of him. They didn’t because he’s African American they wouldn’t even help him charge his phone or call me to tell me he is ready they did nothing I trusted them because last year I had my son there I’m very upset how we were treated it was male nurse he even treated my mother law terrible but when he spoke to me white women totally different.

I had a concern with my pregnancy and was directed to visit L&D. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and amazing nurses. While MCM may not be the newest hospital, it by far surpasses the service in other nearby hospitals. The level of care administered was top notch. We will be returning when it's time for baby to arrive.

I went to the emergency room with shortness of breath, diagnosed as Afib by paramedics. It self-resolved within 3 hours of arrival without treatment. I spent the night in a stall in ER for observation--no door, just a curtain and very noisy at all times of day and night. The next day received all the expected heart tests, but still in a stall in ER with only a bed and a monitor.The labs and the people in the labs were great, but I would avoid the ER if possible. I should have had my tests done as out-patient.

My husband was brought in by ambulance and was admitted under a John Doe name. His was awake and even had his wallet on him. The Hospital said they couldn't correct his name until he was discharged. He bled out 2 days later in his ICU room immediately after they did a Cardia Cath.He died under that John Doe name they gave him. I am devastated by the whole situation. On his death certificate, they put cause of death, PULSELESS ELECRICAL ACTIVITY!
