The Doctor that I saw here was amazing. Truly professional, knowledgeable, caring and considerate. The check in process was flawless and the wait time was surprisingly brief.
I was pleased with my entire experience. The Front Reception Staff were very friendly and efficient. My wait time was minimal. The medical staff were knowledgeable and kind. My NP was excellent. She listened carefully and explained my immediate care plan in a very clear manner. Thank you to Kasey Linwood, FNC-C
Good care. Highly recommend
I want to stress that this review reflects no way on the Doctors and Staff at the location we were patients. The doctors, nurse practitioners, and all other staff at the Frisco location were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Billing Department. My daughter and I were both patients of ENT Allergy. This meant every time we refilled our SLIT drops, it was $300 for each of us every 4-6 weeks. Every time I put in the refill order, it never went smoothly the entire first year. One of our refill orders was always difficult or had payment issues. I would order one of our drops, but when I went to pay online, the site was down, or it wouldn't take my card. So, I called to pay over the phone. Rarely did anyone answer so I would leave a message and wait for them to call back. Days would go by and by the time someone got to me, it was past the cutoff time for the refill and I would have to wait another week. I would put in my refills earlier when I had the money to pay for one of us, but it was constantly the same issue. Online paying was down or wouldn't take my card. Calling and waiting days hoping I wouldn't miss the cutoff. I even tried emailing the Allergy team to pay that way and get a faster response. It would still be days for a response for a refill order that is time-restricted. They did change the billing site, but that didn't help. It would take days for the new billing site to process the payment and show that I did pay the $300 for the refill drops. So even then, I would have to provide proof of payment and email the Allergy team to show them that I paid and hope they saw it in order to refill my drops in time. This went on over and over again for an entire year. I would order as early as I could afford. I would pay and then send a copy of the receipt. To me, this seems a lot of work for a patient to go through. We are talking $600 every time I needed a refill for my daughter and me. Then in October of 2025, I paid for my daughter's drops and then the next week, I paid for my drops. Emails were sent specifying each patient information and account number and of course proof of purchase with the receipt attached. I even received a response back from each confirming that the drops would be mixed and ready for pickup. One week, I picked up my daughters, and the next week I picked up mine. Everything finally went smoothly. Then I got a refund for my daughter's drops. I didn't think nothing of it because I probably did pay a month ahead. A week later, I received an email stating that there was an accidental refund and that I needed to pay for the drops again. Not only did they expect me to pay for my drops and my daughter's drops, but their mistake. $900 total. I did pay for my daughter's drops or they would not have mixed my daughter's drops. I did pay for service, but they made the mistake with the refund. I received emails and text messages with this invoice being sent to me over and over again. I have called them several times and had this escalated. I have sent several letters to the Billing department. I have also sent several emails and follow-up emails. No one from the Billing department has responded to my calls or letters. The only response I received is an email on 02/26 pretty much stating "sorry not sorry. Please pay." I feel this is disrespectful and unprofessional of the ENT North Texas Allergy Billing Department. I have been dealing with this for 4 months. I will pay because I don't want this going to Collections and affecting my credit report which could cost me a new house. But my daughter and I will no longer be a patient with them, even if it means that we have to start all over on our allergy regime. I would not recommend ENT to anyone.
Dr. Patel has been the very best ENT I have ever had. He had successfully treated a chronic infection after several years. This office is well-managed, people oriented, courteous and congenial. It has done everything to help me navigate some very difficult years. They are all 5 stars all the way!
Fine and efficient
This was not a great experience the ent specialist that saw me walks in doesn’t introduce him self I still don’t even know his name doesn’t even look at you like if thats gonna take a lot of time from his busy day then wants you to hurry and explain what’s wrong treats you like you’re just another copay and prescribes me medicine for something that wasn’t even what I went in for I ask can you manually remove tonsil stones in office he says “No ENT does that” so I research and find another ENT and guess what they removed them for me… This office just took my copay and said take this medicine and bye then I leave and the check out lady with the pink keyboard was rude keep in mind this was my first time visiting this place.
Wonderful staff and so friendly.
Dr Cable was efficient, friendly and caring. I recommend this office for sure.
Very thorough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
