Do not use these services.First of all I was scheduled for services, and my technician ignored my service and left. I sat in the lobby for an hour before I asked the front desk person why I was still sitting there when everyone else had already been helped. When she looked into it, she found out my tech had left. I felt really undervalued, especially because I took personal time off work to come get the service. Their process is very poor. Even the fact that the front desk is not empowered to determine why someone like me sat there for an hour without help. Additionally, even though I paid for my service at the time of my service, I still received a bill for service. It was very confusing, and I had to spend time going through my paperwork to confirm I had already paid for this service. I had to use my lunch hour to call Touchstone to explain that I had already paid for this service. This is an inefficient process, and I had to use my time and rework. Neither of these had anything to do with inappropriate staff or lack of equipment or lack of resources. It all has to do with poor process and poor technology. Do not use this company.

This was my second visit here. Both times I've been impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of each and every member of the staff that I spoke with. The technicians are very nice and the thing I like best is that on both visits I was in & out in under a hour. That doesn't happen very often especially at a doctors office. I highly recommend them.

I will update this review later because of the ridiculous situation this location put me through, but in the meantime aside from that, I wouldn't feel comfortable going to any facility where the receptionists/front desk is talking to an Amazon Alexa during my visit. There is absolutely no way in heck that that's not a HIPAA violation. You're discussing private medical information, names, birthdays and socials, and you have alexa recording all of that not only to the device (which can be hacked by the way) but it's also being sent to Amazon, who shouldn't have anyone's medical information ever. It's common sense to any medical professional that this is a privacy violation and extremely unprofessional. You don't have any of the patients permission to be recorded in that manner and you know that. I look forward to make this review much longer when I get time. Do not go here.

I been sick for since before Christmas. I was told they not rescheduled because I rescheduled to many times

Very dirty lobby. Front desk has 1 person. Over worked & clearly frustrated, talking to herself. LONG wait and still taking walk ins. Save yourself some frustration & go to Blue Star imaging. Wish I had.

They were quick and very kind.
