We made an appointment the same day and were seen quickly. Everyone was friendly. The doctor was wonderful, warm, and professional. We were in and out so fast yet they were thorough. We'll be back again.

Hands down the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The nurses were amazing and so patient with my sick baby. Dr Hernandez (I believe was her name) was also so attentive. Usually my baby is very shy and does not like strangers but he took to her so well. She was knowledgeable and gave him exactly what he needed.

I was able to get an appointment for my baby within 1 hours. The provider was excellent with my baby and quickly discovered her ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. I would highly recommend.

Dr.Kali and her staff were thorough, friendly, and just made the visit seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommended !

The wait was very long, but the entire staff made sure we were comfortable through it. Our baby got water, goldfish a show to watch.. once we were in the room they had 2 nurses to check vitals, play with her and walk us through next steps, they were very aware of their long wait time and kept apologizing so we did not feel unnoticed. The doctor was very thorough, taking her time to check out baby and explain to is patterns, symptoms, medicines and what she is seeing as patterns in other patients. We were there late, they let our little girl pick out 2 rubber duckies to take home and I could just really tell they all enjoy working there and are a close knit group of coworkers. I will be returning for sure whenever needed.

The nurse practitioner was so sweet and understanding. I was a little annoyed with how I was made to pay when I’m 100% sure I’ve already met my out of pocket max. I would prefer they had processed it before insisting I pay.

The doctors were really good and explained to me and my child how the injury was and everything I needed to do. They were nice and helpful and assisted my child with good care. They also assist quickly.
