Iris is literally an angel!!!! She is amazing! She did the best job on my lips and I am obsessed!!! I will never go anywhere else! She knows what she’s doing and she’s amazing at it! 100/10!!!!

From the moment I walked into VIO Med Spa, I was greeted with the warmest smile from Carley Cate. She made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her professionalism and friendliness set such a welcoming tone for my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about every client who walks through the door. Loved my experience at VIO Med Spa! Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The place is super clean and has a really relaxing vibe. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they took the time to answer all my questions. My results came out even better than I expected! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone thinking about going.

I came in for a HydraFacial and was seriously impressed. The spa itself is beautiful—super clean, calming, and just gives off luxury vibes as soon as you walk in. The facial was incredible. My skin felt so refreshed and glowy afterward! The staff made me feel comfortable the whole time and explained everything step by step

very clean environment they made sure I liked what they did when I did my filler and said “if you don’t like anything or need anything touched up anywhere we will do it and fix it for you” but it was already amazing the first time I would go again 100% and will be going back soon for more things done 😊

RUNNNN AWY from this place!!!!! Make sure you read till the end! Also make sure you read all the one star reviews they scum people with membership plans as well!! I had two extremely disappointing experiences with VIO Med Spa that I can’t stay silent about. I feel manipulated, misled, and disrespected — both in how I was treated and how they handled the billing. Visit #1 – Richardson Location I called to schedule an appointment and was told over the phone that they were running a July filler promotion for $590. I explained exactly what I wanted and booked the visit. When I arrived, the front desk staff didn’t greet me — they just stared at their computers. I stood there waiting, feeling completely unwelcome. The energy was cold and unprofessional. I was taken to the room where the nurse (I believe she was half Indian, I unfortunately forgot her name) asked, “What brings you in today?” I was shocked — I expected her to at least have some notes or info from my phone consultation. I had to explain everything from scratch. Then, she FaceTimed another nurse to “clear me” and again the whole vibe felt off and unsettling. At one point, she handed me a tablet that accidentally fell and hit my arm — hard. It hurt, and at that moment, I wasn’t sure whether I should ignore my instincts or just walk out. Then she told me it was $890 per syringe, even though I was quoted $590 over the phone. That was the last straw — I trusted them with my face, but the energy and professionalism were completely lacking. I walked out with nothing done. My arm was still sore from that tablet drop. I left a 1-star review and moved on. Visit #2 – Vio McKinney (After Manager Called) Later, the manager called me and apologized for the experience. She offered me a free service at a different VIO location if I removed the 1-star review. She said, “This will be completely complimentary. You won’t be charged.” I didn’t even get the chance to remove my review yet, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So, I drove 40 minutes out of my way, trusting her word, expecting to get the service she offered to make things right. I went in yesterday and was again told to remove my 1-star review — even though I hadn’t posted a new one yet. And then I saw a $590 charge pending on my account after 24 hours unauthorized charge! What shocked me most is what happened after: They charged my card $590 — 24 hours later even though I never approved the charge, I wasn’t there in person to give my signature to authorize the charge, and was promised it would be free. I never gave permission to be charged. They used my card info from when I booked the first the appointment over the phone for Richardson location and processed a charge today after 24 hours I visited McKinney location she told me there is nothing we need from you except put down the one star but then I saw a $590 charge today after 24 hours. That is unauthorized and unethical!!! This wasn’t just a bad experience this was manipulation I feel completely manipulated. I never would have accepted this appointment if it wasn’t offered as free. The manager (Summer) broke her word. They used my trust and lured me back with a lie. Now I’ve been charged for a service I never agreed to pay for This isn’t just about bad customer service this is dishonest and unethical behavior. You don’t make promises to “make it right” and then trick people into being charged. There are so many med spas out there that treat clients with respect, professionalism, and honesty. VIO Med Spa is not one of them. I strongly advise others to stay away. When someone treats your face, you should feel safe, informed, and respected — and I felt the opposite here, twice! I wouldn’t never recommend this place this to anyone! RUNNNN AWY from this place!

My skin has never felt better. Everyone was so sweet, kind, helpful, and amazing at what they do. I 10/10 recommend everyone to come here for their needs. I’m so shocked at the results and customer service, couldn’t ask for anything better.
