Dr. Mitchell accepted a referral from my PCD, diagnosed my prostate cancer, laid out a treatment plan which I completed on 4/2/2023. He was patient, through and reassuring. Daphne is also a great care giver. Great team

Dr. Mitchell is great but was over an hour late for my appointment.

The main thing that is important to me is that Dr. Michell will spend the time with me to explain in detail my diagnosis and treatment. He has never rushed through a visit and is very friendly. I would recommend him.

Dr. William Mitchell is a very caring and concerned doctor. He seem to help me greatly and super quick. The only Urology I have ever been to that followed up as much on my surgeries. He performed two kidney stone removal surgeries on me. He was super professional in all aspects. His staff is amazing. They are very quick in returning phone calls and always try to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. William Mitchell.

Best Dr ever! Back in 2017 I was having bladder spasms and wanted to get Botox to stop them. He said let’s check what’s causing the problem and found 3 large bladder stones. He’s my hero and I’ve been free from spasms.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for many years and found him to be an excellent physician and recommend for the quality of his work. His office staff are the worst. You schedule your next appointment 6 months in the future and then it moves and moves and moves again up to 60 days later than originally scheduled. The staff then practice medicine by extending meds without regard to the person. They do not care if there is a purpose to see the physician or not but move you without any regard to your life and other appointments. Reality is the compassion and care Dr. Mitchell shows is in reverse of this team.

Waited for over an hour after prepaying for the appointment. Finally left without a refund, they couldn’t figure it out how to do a refund. 2nd visit was even worse. Never saw the Dr., after an hour and a half wait, I stood in the middle of their office trying to get my money back, while the Ofc mgr tried for another 30 minute how to issue a refund. Worst experience at a doctors office in my life. Zero stars.

I had the worst experience with the office staff, after struggling to make the appointment, they told me that they will call to make sure that my insurance is acceptable and that they will come to me if they find that it is not acceptable. Nobody called, so I assumed that everything is great. 2 days before the appointment date, they called me to confirm. today I drove 45 minutes and after filling a bunch of paper and setting in the office for over half an hour, they came back and said we do not accept you insurance????????? I said what?? this was completely unprofessional and complete waste of time and ignorance. I do not recommend going there. I aske to see the doctor to explain what happen, they kept saying that he is busy with other patients????

Dr Mitchell has been our urologist do over 20 years. Always has been responsive an overall always attentive.
