Had to wait for an hour but the PA was amazing and so was my nurse and the person who checked me in. Feeling better already! Thank you to the staff for working weekends to help those of us who need it. You guys were all sweet and welcoming.

Always fast and easy to get in and the staff🤗 they are so kind and very informative. I always feel seen and heard when going here they make you feel better even when you don't feel your best.

They suppose to send my lab order to quest electronically two days before my appointment when I got there they could not find it in their system called them and asked them to send it again and the girl said very rudely can not be sent again but she can fax it Then I wait another hour there and no fax received when I try to call them always get the voice mail so half my day wasted over a simple lab work for my medication refill .called them several times left message at least give me partial refill till I go get the lab done somehow but no answer .These people think other people have no life and always available to get things done their way .they also contacted my pharmacy and said no refill is authorized till I get lab done which I tried so hard to do.I guess is time to find a Better and more responsible doctor but in mean time they are going to be responsible for me not having my medication to take and I hold them responsible I never want to deal with them ever again after 10 years being their patient is how they treat people .

They are all amazing here. So kind and always so helpful.

My three kids have been in and out of this clinic many times since October. It’s always a great and quick experience. Friendly atmosphere. Thankful for this urgent care and the great service we always receive.

My husband recently took my son here, he said they were friendly and the dr took a good amount of time with him. He did have to wait for about an hour and a half past his appointment time, which has never happened at any of the other community meds we’ve been to, but I realize that’s probably common. My complaint is, that he had a fever of only 100F, which the nurse even said was not a high a fever, then she came in and gave him Tylenol without even asking my husband if that was okay. He said it happened quickly and he didn’t know what she was giving my son until it was too late. First of all, Tylenol is highly unnecessary for such a low fever. Secondly, they should have definitely made sure that was okay without just giving it to my son. Thirdly, we’ve never given him Tylenol, and would never give him Tylenol, for a few reasons, including the fact that many of our family members have an allergy to Tylenol. Thankfully he’s okay, but I’m still livid that my husband wasn’t asked.

Nobody likes wait times for medical care so I highly appreciate being referred to an alternate clinic that had a shorter wait. Great people. Excellent care.

Friendly staff, office runs efficiently. I was seen for my Saturday evening appointment on time and on my way home in less than 30 minutes with diagnosis, discharge instructions and prescriptions in hand. Very convenient, highly recommend.

Staff was super friendly! They listened, were empathetic and warm, and sent me away with what I needed to “feel better”! Thank you! You are appreciated!
