Was told to arrive 15mins early to fill out new pt forms. Not enough seating (just 6 chairs) so I stood for nearly 20mins. Appt was at 2:15 I signed in before 2. Wasn’t noticed or acknowledged until 2:40. By the time the young lady attempted to give me my paperwork to fill out I’d been waiting an hour and still had two others ahead of me. He may be a good doctor but I’d gotten a referral to go elsewhere before my name was even called. Waste of time.

Dr.chowdhury was my mother's doctor today. He had a whole plan and everything till he decided that insurance defines how to treat someone who might have cancer. He belittles his patients and argues while cutting her off. Then proceeded to treat her badly because she has medicade. Doctors are supposed to help people especially when it's something this huge. But this guy just ruined every specialist for her. Thanks dude. I would give them no stars if I could for having someone as unprofessional and rude as this on their staff. Good day.

I AM LIVID AT THE SERVICE FROM THIS OFFICE. THEY TOOK WAY TOO LONG GATHERING MY RECORDS. I HAD BEEN HERE FOR MONTHS WITH BLOOD WORK WITH NO PLAN OF ACTION FOR MY INITIAL VISIT. AFTER WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR TWO HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED APPT LAST MONTH. I WENT AND CALLED ANOTHER ONCOLOGIST. I AM NOW AT TEXAS ONCOLOGY. THEY WERE A BLESSING FROM THE TIME I WALKED OUT INTO THE HALLWAY IN THIS CENTER TO CALL THEM. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE HERE DRASTICALLY. NO WONDER PATIENTS WERE ILL IN THE LOBBY. THEY BARELY ANSWER THE PHONE. THE DOCTOR WILL ASK YOU REPEATEDLY WHY YOU'RE VISITING. EVEN THOUGH YOU ESTABLISHED ALL THAT THE LAST VISIT. THEY WILL IGNORE ANYONE REQUESTING RECORDS FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR IF YOU LEAVE THEIR PRACTICE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO MY DOG. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE COMING HERE. I THANK GOD I AM IN A BETTER OFFICE NOW.
