My child has been attending this clinic for years. For the most part everything goes well but yes the PA does have an issue getting prescriptions approved and processed in a timely manner definitely need improvement there ASAP!!!! Dr NaTu is very professional and has a wonderful beside manner!! I highly recommend her! And I recommend of any one has any issue with any of there offices contact Felish Alexander she is regional Director and will call and help with any matter in a timely manner and was able to help solve my problems in one day! She can be reached at child and family guidance center ext. 3084! Hope this helps someone else!!! Also head director is Leslie Noble

If I could give zero Stars I would. My son has been going here for 8 years and they have the worst front desk personnel ever! It has been 12 days since my son went to the doctor and they have yet to send prior authorization over to his Pharmacy for a prescription. And not only that they dropped the ball last month and allowed a prescription to expire because they drug their feet and they have nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse I am done and I will leave reviews on every single site that I can

I couldn't find the Harry Hines location but I've visited 3 different locations and all across the board, they are very professional and very well educated in their field. The whole staff are eager to assist in what ever way possible. Personally, I'm partial to the Harry Hines location because the receptionist Drea is always so wonderful she is always very busy but never let's it take away from get friendliness or professionalism, that goes a very long way. Dr Rekendres please forgive me if I just assassinated her name but she is wonderful she talks to my daughter with patience, undivided attention and understanding on a level that we have not really gotten from other psychiatrist and I appreciate that so much that I will follow her all over dallas to be sure my daughter continuous to receive the level of care and attention that she has over the last 3 yrs from the child and family guidance centers. Thank you all for being wonderful people and caring about what you do and who you do it to, it goes to infinity with me, I recommend anyone that needs services that they can offer to make an appointment now even if it's weeks out the service is worth the wait.
