List of Dfw Healthcare Partners Llc's Reviews
Good people, but super hard to reach. Very long wait times as well.
If I could give this office a 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional staff I would not recommend to anyone. I have been sick and both of their offices including the one in Forney have been taking my money and insurance money and giving me the run around. The assistants tell you one thing over the phone and then they change their mind and send different information to your employer without giving you notice. Very unprofessional !!! When you call their office they give you the run around tell you to call back different times and they don’t keep their word about anything they say they will do. Quick to take your payment and quick to charge your insurance but can’t keep their word about what they say they are going to do and willing to hang up on your face when they are suppose to be medical providers and help you not put you in uncomfortable situations.
Left Benjamin Jense years ago. Seems medically competent, and I trust his schooling and experience -- but DEFINITELY not LGBT friendly nor LGBT competent. Kept asking pushy questions about religion, church, God, etc.
Just don’t. I was going here for years and I truly never really needed anything but the moment I was actually sick all the reviews were proven to be true. There are some really great doctors and great staff close by like Texas health in Forney. I have had the most amazing experiences since leaving this doctors office I had no Idea that this office was so bad.
Place is dirty in the when you tell the assistants to have the doctor to call you u never get a return call back
The 3 times I have come in I wait for over an hour to be seen. No one explains anything to you or check in on you while you are waiting. Waiting to be seen by the doctor for over an hour is extremely unacceptable.
Good doctor but they dont respect your appt time if your given a certain time you be there over an hour plus even if its to get a question answered
You Have a Loved one going to this Doctor he or she will not give a call letting you know what is going on with the patient Been calling for the last four months will not RETURN PHONE CALLES SO NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE PATIENTS
I gave this place one star but it truly doesn’t deserve ANY! This is the worst customer service ever. I’ve tried reaching my doctor six times and the receptionist has given me the run around. I keep getting told “the doctor isn’t in, try again another day.” Umm...what?! No nurse available to deal with my concerns. No call back when she finally arrives, no nothing! I’m disgusted and upset I even spent money at this vacility. This place is a money pit & they don’t truly value the livelihood and wellbeing of their patients at all.
I have been going to him for high blood pressure medication. He made a big deal about how dangerous it is to stop taking the meds, which were working. After seeing him twice, I called and told his receptionist that I was now unemployed with no insurance. There are no funds for me to pay for a doctor's visit. I asked if he would renew the prescription for me without a doctor's visit. That's all I was going for anyway. He had his receptionist tell me, "I understand your problem, but I can't do that without a visit." All he had to do was click his mouse to keep me from being at risk of stroke that can be caused from high blood pressure. The pharmacy had already sent him the request, but he denied it. I am not asking for narcotics! It's all about money. If you have it, they will help you. If not, you might as well stroke out. I will never go to him again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
