I will not bring my child back to this doctor we have been waiting for over 2 hours in the room no one has came in and said anything they are ridiculously slow they help the patients they want to help first not the ones that come in first I would not recommend this doctor

I’ve been bringing my kids to this clinic since Dr. Stiles, but now it’s ridiculous. The staff will not let you know their running behind, if you have an appointment prepare to stay 2-3 hours.

haven’t had a problem with them, very sweet office & people. gets you what you need. whenever i think something is wrong with my son they give me an option to come in that day or that week. they call to confirm my sons appt every time. awesome place.

They have changed doctors/business and it is still not great. They should offer the option to let you go pick up your results without having to making an appointment and pay the doctor again, since you are already paying the labs to diagnose you. YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS BY YOURSELF, but not all people know that. So you'll end up paying the office a few hundred then the labs a few hundred.They simply re-read you the notes. Who knows if they look at the diagrams. It's a mystery. When were they going to tell me about the other thing on the report? I have had to be on top of everything due to doctors like these. I advise the same for others who are not improving.

They are very slow put you on hold forever I took my child waited there more than 2 hours and the Dr didn’t find anything wrong.. they are so ridiculous I will never come back here again!

Omg the staff are horrible. Never can get prescriptions right. Never return calls. They make so many errors and delays with scripts. Don't reccomend. Go to another clinic.

Been going for over 4 years and we have never had an issue with staff or service. Wait time seems normal and Dr stiles has always been friendly and helpful.

For a physical....I had to wait over an hour long for something that should be short as a 10 minute exam. It takes 30 seconds to obtain vitals and same for weight and height. This will be the last time I will bring my children here! If I would have know the provider has changed I wouldn’t have came . Horrible service and experience!
