First time there wasn't a long wait.friendly staff.
Prompt, courteous and competent. Really good people.
We were referred here by our local PCP. To say I am extremely disappointed in the visit we had is an understatement. I thought this was a pediatric dermatology office, but that was completely wrong for me to assume. The wait time wasn’t bad. The front desk staff were efficient and straight to business. Details of the visit were take by the MA and the practitioner soon followed. A picture was taken by the MA, a quick visual look was done, and the practitioner consulted the doctor. She came back in and was requesting us to schedule for a procedure. She barely assessed the situation and immediately chose the most invasive option in all of 10 minutes of a visit. As soon as I said I wanted a second opinion, we were told okay, and check out, with no direction as to how to get out. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was because the checkout lady was the friendliest person we encountered. The practitioner was nice but her bedside manner was inappropriate for a pediatric patient. The discussion we had should not have happened in front of my child. Also, although the room seemed kept, the walls of the room were filthy. I’d have a different opinion if there was a full assessment done, considering all factors, the practitioner actually listened to me, there wasn’t a rush for a procedure, and there wasn’t a change of pace in opposition.
AVOID going to this clinic they never gave me a call back to know my blood results but I did receive a BILL. TO MAKE PAYMENT! Definitely not going back!
Jasmin was such a great help setting up an appointment that fits my schedule. She was also very patient answering all of my questions.
I have brought all my kids here and so far everything has gone good with Dr. Edwards. I recently brought my youngest son here for acne issues last week and Dr. Rodriguez prescribed him Accutane. Now he only mentioned that they would need to check liver function and cholesterol levels and that the medication can cause birth defects but failed to mention all the other side affects that could possibly happen like brain pressure that could lead to death along with other concerning side affects. I called last week to speak with Dr. Rodriguez to change his prescription to a wash or cream to help his acne and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I called today and according to them they supposedly called me yesterday, but I believe that is not true because no one called me yesterday from there as I have no missed calls on my call log from yesterday. Then the lady I spoke to said that I would get a call back today and just hung up on me without asking if there was anything else that I may need help with. That lady was just rude at the end of the call. I've been bringing my kids here since 2018 and this is my first review for this place and I gave 3 stars because of the rudeness and the attitude I got from that one lady today.
Dr. Lee is awesome! but medical staffs team are rude and they don’t call back when left voicemails. I left several voicemail to medical staffs team, no one call back? but if I selected changing schedules they answered right-away, why is that?
Do not use this clinic or Dr. Edwards. She has no concern for patients schedules. I booked 3 weeks out for my first appointment and last minute she had to cancel and reschedule. I needed to be seen to establish care and to discuss refilling a prescription so I rescheduled. When I visited the first time the appointment was less than 5 minutes. Great use of a $50 copay. She walked in the room and said “so I hear you’re happy with xxxxx (my prescription)” well, actually no, I didn’t say that? I actually wanted to discuss my options for getting off of it. She said something about less is more and she was fine with me potentially getting off of it. But I had to ask her how to get off of it. I had to slowly increase the dosage when I started taking it so should I slowly decrease to get off? She condescending asked if I could cut the pills in half. Really? Yes I can cut the pills in half. She listens to respond, she doesn’t LISTEN to her patients. She then said to schedule a 6 week follow up appointment to see how I’m doing without the medication because I wanted to try getting off of it and substitute with something else, and the Monday morning before the Thursday appointment she cancelled my appointment AGAIN and said she was coming in later that day, the receptionist said “I could come in later that day IF I WANTED TO.” Are you kidding me? If I want to? Dr. Edwards asked for the 6 week follow up. I already had another appointment for that day, I had to take off work for this appointment and you want me to adjust my schedule last minute? If I were to cancel last minute I would be charged a cancelation fee but these doctors can just cancel for no good reason other than “she is coming in later that day.” They gave me the option to see another doctor but I am willing to bet they will have no clue what the previous visit was about, have reviewed my records or know why I am there, but I’m going to spend my $50 copay just to see what happens. By the way, when asked about skincare Dr. Edwards rattled off about “use such and such acne wash and if you want drug store products that is fine but only skinceuticals has done the research on vitamin C.” She didn’t say anything about SPF. I mentioned having moles removed several years ago, she didn’t ask to do a skin check or look at those spots. As an establishment that advertises being experts in skin cancer you would think a check would have been done or they would have at least asked about my history. I had put in my appointment request why I was visiting but none of those issues were addressed, she was clearly in a hurry to get to her next patient. I wanted to leave a review that day but tried to be empathetic to doctors having crazy schedules and having to deal with insurance etc but rescheduling two appointments in 6 weeks is just bad form. They clearly have no respect for patients schedules or their time. I’m doing my follow up appointment just to get a prescription then I am going to start the process of finding a new establishment that prioritizes patient care. 0/10 recommend Epiphany Dermatology.
The entire team takes good care of my daughter. They make her feel welcome, seen & heard! We just need a location closer to Frisco, TX! 🤣
Very nice, staff 👌 and doctors 👌

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
