I’ve been seeing Dr. Fain for years and I’m so grateful for him and his staff. He’s an excellent doctor and the stuff is great as well. They explain everything in detail and are excellent when it comes to billing. Hands down the best dr in Texas.

At 1st.I did love going to see Dr. Fain. I've probably been going there a little over 2 years, the staff at that time was really great and helpful. This past season this the spring, I believe they had some new staff which were really rude and uncaring. I thought there was a doctor that I actually could stay with but I called for an appointment, I was having an eye infection, but the person that answered the phone was very rude and said there was no appointments available. I understand that they are busy doctors but when you call and have an eye infection you expect at least for some helpful advice, not rudeness. I will never be going back to them.

The staff is always friendly, the facility is always nice and clean. Both Dr Fain and Dr Hall are wonderful they explain everything and dont make you feel rushed.

A wonderful experience. The staff is friendly from the moment you walk into the office. Everyone is knowledgeable. Dr. Fain recommended drops for my dry eyes that has really helped. The office is very clean and I love the cookies! Again, I can't say enough about this staff. I am BIG on customer service and they are extremely friendly.

Dr. Fain has been our family eye doctor for more then five years. I drive a long way to see him but it is well worth it. Dr. Fain and the staff are excellent and very thorough! Dr. Fain has the latest and most up to date equipment which allows him to give you a good idea of the health of your eyes several years down the road! Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Fain, you won't be disappointed!
