not good waiting for over a month just to go get a order for cat scan

Office was positive. Thought she was thorough and answred questions. Sent for follow up test ct of arteries. NEVER FOLLOWED UP. Calked office many many times, put on hold. Said she needed to ralk to me. NEVERreceived a call back. Same experience received by my doctor office when they tried to follow up. Symptoms still occur and have no explanation. Need to find another dr to start again

Arrived for a 2pm appointment to find the door locked. Called the home office to make sure I didn't have it wrong on my calendar. They called the folks inside the office and had them open the door. Finally seen at 4:10pm. Dr. McQuade said that she would call in a prescription for compression stockings and have "the girls in the Plano office" schedule an ultrasound for me. Never heard from her again, except to receive a bill in the mail from a collection agency nine months later.

Never made contact with us, promised appointments to consult with family but never showed up. Do not recommend.

Twice we scheduled a consult and twice she didn't show up.

Very little interaction with patients. Nurses will tell you "she doesn't do rounds." Nurses had to call a different doctor for post surgical pain meds as she doesn't put in orders or follow up with the patient. Messages left at her office never returned.

I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY DR. MCQUADE SINCE 2015. I WAS VERY DISCOURAGED ABOUT MY BLOOD CLOTTING CONDITION WHEN MY HEMATOLOGIST REFERRED ME TO DR. MCQUADE. SHE WAS A GODSEND! SHE ADVISED ME ABOUT WHAT SHE RECOMMENDED FOR MY TREATMENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY. I HAD MY SURGERY AND SHE HAS KEPT UP WITH MY CONTINUATION OF REVIEW ING MY CLOTTING CONDITION. DR MCQUADE IS GREAT! EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND VERY CARING. SHE IS AT A NEW OFFICE BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW HER. THAT'S HOW GREAT A DOCTOR SHE IS.
