Had my first mammogram done at the memorial/ prime imaging mesquite location. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The tech was a real pro. If you want fast, professional and friendly service go here. Best imaging experience!

I took my cousin for an MRI 1/19/202 our experience was exceptional! The lady that checked us in was wonderful and efficient. The young man that took us back and did her IV was super attentive. Which brings me to the MRI technician, she was fantastic! There were some issues no fault of theirs with missing information. As I was trying to get in touch with a doctors office she discovered that my cousin could not get an MRI due to a prior procedure. I am so grateful for her through help! Honestly, she provided me more information in 30 minutes then a five day hospital stay 3 months ago! Thank you so much for your service!!

I love this place. There are places closer for me to have MRIs etc. done but I will continue to go here. It is also easy to get to, being right off I30. The office is a large, open and clean environment with very nice and laid back people working in all areas. No stress on filling out the forms as well. I can’t find anything wrong about it or the people that work there. Try it out and see what you think!

Terrible facility! Can’t get anyone to answer the phone for scheduling snd they cancel your appt by text an hour before they close for the next day and DONT call letting you know. Nothing but a hassle. Would never recommend this place.

The technology and the people at MEMORIAL MRI was outstanding! If it was not for them I may have not been able to get the mri at all. If you have any kind of issues with a traditional mri, this is the place to go for sure! Thank you again Memorial MRI!

I was referred to get X-rays and advised to call ahead for a walk in which I did. I was the only patient in the office and didn’t get seen for 55 minutes meanwhile the staff were talking and laughing while I was waiting. I then called my husband to let him know what was happening and it was then they remembered they had a patient waiting and the receptionist went in the back to inform them I needed X-rays done. Once I was called in the X-rays took about 5 minutes but overall I was there for a hour. They were too busy laughing and talking in the back to notice I had been waiting.

I need to talk to someone and have tried repeatedly only getting recorded message over and over...held for 20 minutes just now....

This is the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. I scheduled my appointment over a week ago. My appointment changed several times in-between because the doctor’s schedule had changed. I accommodated their request to change my appointment time. My appointment was set for 11:30a. I arrived 5 minutes before. At 11:40a, they said I needed to fill out some forms. Why wasn’t this sent digitally to complete beforehand? It’s 2021.I was not admitted until 12:15p and my procedure did not start until 12:30p. There was zero sense of urgency or care by the staff. The paramedic and doctor were cool, but logistically, this is the worst. The lack of respect for people’s time was cringing to watch as I witnessed their front office staff tell folks in the waiting room that they don’t have an ETA when they will be seen. My question is why make an appointment then if you can’t honor that time? Not only did I have to wait an hour, but I had to cancel my physical therapy appointment that was scheduled after my procedure - who at Memorial is going to pay the cancellation fee I now owe?If it weren’t for the fact that I needed this procedure done, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Plenty of other options in the area - save yourself the stress.
