I dislike going to the dentist. I mean panic attack bad. They made me feel so at easy and comfortable. They were all very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone big or small

At first it seemed good. We had 2 Adults and 2 Children for the appointment. They were very nice and insurance was handled swiftly. This is a new Clinic, so everything was very eye appealing. Nice waiting area for Adults and another nice waiting area for Children. However, as you leave the waiting areas and walk down the hallway to take your seat for the Dentist, most rooms in the hallway are completely empty and dark. Creepy. I felt like I was walking into freezer from a Horror movie. The Hygienist took care of all of us and was very gentle and kind. Dr. Youssef never showed up. We go back. This time we need deep cleanings and an assessment for braces. Waiting on Dr.....never showed. And, a different Hygienist. After talking with the receptionist, Dr. Youssef is never there unless emergency. The Hygienist and Assistants are never the same. They are just fill-ins or retired. I chose another Clinic because I like to know my Dentist. And, it's always nice to see familiar faces because I'm terrified of the dang Dentist.

Recently I moved out to Rhome and was in search of a new dentist. I went in for a regular cleaning and was told everything was covered 100%. Upon leaving I was told, even tho small, I had a bill of $28 (what if had been $$$$). I asked why and they stated that the previous images were not as clear so they re-did them. It sure would have been nice to know this prior to leaving so I would have a choice. As far as Dr. Youssef I felt he was very rough handed and took way longer than needed for a cleaning. I sometimes felt that the utensil was getting caught and could also feel the heat from the polisher when getting close to the gym line. At times it felt that my teeth were being chipped away and when flossing it was not pleasant and felt too deep. I have never had a problem at a dentist but now I am hesitant to go back due mostly do to the heavy handed-ness. My jaw was sore because I must have had my mouth open for 30 minutes!!! I give the 2 stars because my teeth are super clean otherwise I would have given 1 star. Update, today (the day after) my gum line on the top and bottom of both teeth hurt to brush today as well as last evening. They should NEVER feel painful when brushing my teeth and even bled at the bottom when I brushed I had to stop. I will be looking for a new dentist unless they have different ones then the one I had.

Wonderful Clinic. We have a family of 4 and was treated quickly, respectfully and thoroughly by everyone here. There was an extra level of care that Doctor and staff had with each one of us. No surprises about cost or treatment. They are excellent with children.
