Unprofessional and don’t know how to work with an epo plan. They dont answer the phone and they are not helpful. Then they didn’t even offer the cash pay to my husband. (I guess they didn’t think black could afford to pay for test.) This place is terrible.

The lady at the front desk and the technician who took care of me were both very nice and helpful. Explained everything during my procedures so I knew what to expect. Took me in almost immediately so I didn't have to wait. I was very satisfied with my experience.
