Carlos Vargas's Online Review Report Card

If I could rate negative stars, I would. I don’t care much for Dr. Vargas, he’s your typical doctor that doesn’t even look at you. Walks into the room, reads your medical history, asks a few questions and automatically sends you to do a bunch of expensive exams, which he doesn’t even explain the results! Then prescribes you a ton of medicine and doesn’t bother to ask anything else.What I had a HUGE problem with is his office staff. Completely unprofessional. Pilar, the office manager, is extremely rude. Literally said “I will not be helping you.” I have never been so disrespected. I do NOT recommend this doctor nor his office. What a horrible experience.

I called last Tuesday for an Appointment - with a Referral - the Lady at the Phone told me Dr. Vargas would be not in Office . He would come back Monday Nov. 22 ; she would talk with him and call back. She called today late Afternoon and told me she had spoken with her Supervisor and I should see a Doctor but the Office wouldn't have an Appointment this Year and I should look for another Office. I asked for a Office Name and she gave me a Phonenumber from a Gastroenterologist. So - 1 Week waiting with a bad Healthcase and she told me no Appointment for this Year😰😰Why she didn't told me this last Week? Very terrible this Behavior.

Utilice los servicios de este médico luego me llamaron para el pago del deducible el cual les hice y ahora después de casi dos años me llega un documento de Collection con una deuda de $66 dólares , estafadores con título

Since day one it has been a struggle getting any appointment that wasn't a 3 month wait or longer. Waiting room so tiny and uncomfortable. Environment and surrounding people make you feel out of place. Front desk receptionist and some Medical Assistants are rude and have attitudes. The doctor is very arrogant. Doctor saw me for 5 minutes, uttered one work "ok", sent me to get a abdominal ultrasound in July 2021 and I have yet to get my results until my appointment in October. Never even listened to a word I said or acknowledged me. I am changing Gastro doctor asap.

They overbook their appointments, made you wait hours and see the patients in the order they feel like to do so, regardless of the order that you came in

He is the best and your expertise help me in all my illness. All the procedures and the treatments were inform and discuss with me. He heard my fairs and he help me a lot. Thanks Dr Vargas

I had no issues getting an appointment, I was scheduled for the next day.The girls were extremely nice and very attentive.Despite of being a little late, I was seen by the Dr. with no hassle. The doctor explained everything and was just as attentive.I definitely recommend Dr. Vargas!Thank you to the girls for being so nice :)
