I would give zero if I could. She seemed to not care what was wrong with me and not explained what was going on, just seemd annoyed to be even in my presence... her front desks we're very rushing to when they called me back for results because I had no idea what they're were testing me for... she was my doctor but now I switched and do not recommend going if you are feeling off with your body.

Best doctor in town. She’s managed my case for 15 yrs. She listens & is very compassionate.

Best doctor I have ever been to. She listens with care and thoroughly diagnoses my illnesses. The treatment has been effective each time. My entire family only goes to Dr. Bala. Her office staff is also very friendly and very easy to schedule with.

Dr. Bhuvana Balasekaran is very caring and very interested in making sure everyone is healthy. She takes a great deal of time to go over everything with you and make sure you understand. I recently had to have an emergency appendectomy and her office staff called me at the hospital on her behalf to check up on me. They then made an appointment to see her as soon as I got out because she was concerned and wanted to see how I was doing. I have been going to Dr. Bala for years (around 15?) and will continue to do so for as long as I can. Thanks Dr. Bala, Corina and everyone else there. You guys are great!

Dr. Bala was my pcp and I loved her because she really was very good but unfortunately i had to find another pcp because I changed jobs and her office no longer accepted the new insurance i had. I then got AETNA called and made an appointment after i was told her office accepted it only to get there and be told by Corina that it wasn't accepted! I even called my insurance and told them that they have her listed as in network Dr. that accepted and they confirmed she did but told me rather than call back and argue the point just find someone else this was 2018. I now have BCBS called to set up a new patient appointment but as soon as i told Corina my name all of a sudden i was told that my file was closed in 2015 and i was basically dismissed because i hadn't been there in a while and once your file is closed she no longer accepts you back! Crazy thing is i wasn't told that just last year but now all of a sudden i can't come back due to nothing personal i did but because my insurance wasn't accepted. So the rating isn't for Dr. Bala herself but her front staff that i think is full of it

The office staff is rude and highly unprofessional. They patronized me and now I will never be coming to that office.

Very nice office, especially very clean. Everyone is proffesional and very helpful. Dr. Bala is very knowledgeable and disscusses everything with you and is very professional. Corina is also very sweet and helpful she works in the front desk. The nurses are also very professional and helpful as well. This office makes you feel comfortable. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Wait time is 5 to 10 minutes if you even have to wait.

Rude and doesn't listen to you. She has mis-diagnosed my self and my sister and has been treating my sister with the wrong meds and treatment for years and has made her condition 10X worse.

Dr. Bala is AWESOME! She takes such good care of my whole family, my children love her and are very comfortable going to see her (even the teenagers ) , she is up front and honest with you and will spend time with you to develop a treatment plan. The staff there is very caring and like family . Dr.Bala and her staff are AWESOME!

I've had a very unique situation happen to me were timing was terrible, but after I had a bad experience the staff worked together to resolve my issue. Rather than push me away they worked harder behind closed doors and to meet my needs, and get me taken care of. Class and professionalism was at its highest when I strongly considered changing doctors. Overall the staff surprised me and helped me to their best abilities and Dr.Bhuvana Balasekaran help me to get my illness resolved after spending so much time with me.
