This doctor has been very good about successfully treating my ingrown painful toes nails and is very gentle when deadening toes.

Dr Brian Middlebrook is an amazing doctor. He is kind, caring and professional. I would recommend his services to any person.

Personal attention to every detail

I called yesterday morning and left a message for an appointment then I sent an email today asking for an appointment. Neither was returned I’m calling someone else tomorrow. I guess they have enough business and don’t need mine

Dr. Middlebrook has the best bed side manner than most he will listen to your every need . He has a heart of gold and will do the very best for you as a patient.

I went there when I had to have my toe nails removed the big ones on both feet and he done a great job

I give them 5 stars. I have severe anxiety when people touch my feet and they are so understanding. They have great beside side manners.

i came into this office with severe pain in my left foot. After 3 MRI''s (which were not cheap) it was determined that i had Tendonosis. I was put in a boot and given pain meds. During that time i fell and twisted my ankle which resulted in a 1 inch tear in my tendon. Dr. Middlebrook then told me i would need Surgery to fix it. Mind you with every doc visit he never knew which foot was injured, repeated all of the same info in every visit and had to be reminded of details to my case. Super unsettling. Its like it was his first time to see me everytime. I went in to do the consent paperwork prior to the surgery and once again i had to start all over from scratch about my problem. He then grabbed the wrong MRI and said, that i have no tear and that he can no longer help me???!!! what???!! (Mind you i have A surgery scheduled already) At this point im super confused. After making me feel like I was in the Twilight Zone for a good 30 minutes his wife who also works there brought in the correct MRI. He then looked at it and apologized. We were back to the original plan of me having surgery so he had me sign all of the paperwork. Fast forward to the very next day in the afternoon I get a call from him stating that he studied both of my MR i's all night long and he determined that there is in fact no tear at all and there is nothing he can do to help me. I'm literally dumbfounded at this point. I have never in my life seen a doctor who was so wishy-washy on a diagnosis and a treatment plan. But now I will say his bedside manner is not bad but the way he went about this whole process was pretty terrible. I made a lot of changes in my life and moved a lot of things around to prepare for the surgery that is no longer taking place. My mother who lives in Dallas has already purchased her plane ticket to come out here and stay with me to help after surgery and when I said that in his office he looked me dead in the face and said " I dont care, thats not my problem". I will definitely be going to get a second opinion of this even though I wasted a good 6 to 7 months going to see him and going through this crazy process. Not to sound rude because I do respect his profession but I honestly think it's time for retirement. That's just my honest opinion. The front desk receptionist and the staff are wonderful people who go above and beyond so for that I am super grateful.

Dr. Middlebrook and his staff are extremely nice. However, reaching them, and obtaining any kind of follow through is very disappointing.
