Huband hopitalized twice there. Both times in ICU. I found the entire staff to be helpful and caring. I started to go someplace else based on reviews but I'm glad we didn't. They took excellent care of him both times.

They said my results would take a hour and i’ve been waiting 2 hours already and instead of finding anything out of me all they told me was to wait. 🤬

Female patient in for gallbladder extreme pain. Released same day. Said they couldn't do anything because blood work was ok. Therefore not an emergency, to get in contact w a doctor. Really? No pain meds given & released with paper work saying she only had a stomach bug. WTH? Odessa MCH took her in next day, apologized for her bad experience at MMH. Imaging showing possible complications which Could have led her to be transported to Lubbock but surgery is now done & home with meds. SMH.... Thank you Odessa MCH.

I will operate on myself before I go back to Midland Memorial. Complete joke of a hospital. Notorious for sending you to collections on bills that were paid upfront or already paid off. Surgery there costs almost 3 times as much as other surgical facilities and they want half upfront. Nobody in the financial/billing department seems to know what’s going on. Nurses are less than professional.

I delivered my son here & I cannot say one bad thing about this hospital. The nurses were absolutely amazing & addressed every concern of mine. Even the food was good. I’ll definitely be delivering here in the future rather than the hospitals in Odessa.

Going to the Hospital is usually something that people don’t want to have to experience but today was a very good experience at Midland Memorial Hospital. Great Nursing Staff along with the patient advocate!! Patient advocate: Maria is a very pleasant, caring and kind person, we loved her energy!! This is this first time a patient advocate has to introduce themselves, a new and promising change for the hospital!!

This hospital really needs to look into patient treatment!! These nurses here are horrible and they all need to be retrained or let go! If you don't wanna work with people you need to leave! Don't keep coming to work hurting and traumatizing others because YOU dislike the situation YOU put yourself in! No wonder nurses get beat up and bitten on because you don't know how to treat people like they're living beings!!!
