Indira Donepudi's Online Review Report Card

We have dealt with Dr. Donepudi for several months now. When we met her during an inpatient stay, she came in on her weekend off and diagnosed her gi bleed with an emergency scope in the ICU. They were able to stop the bleed and it literally saved her life. She has also done an amazing job in ongoing care to help her regain her health. Her compassion, directness and commitment to her patients is unparalleled in the medical profession. Midland and the world need more doctors like Dr. Donepudi.

Carina has an attitude on the phone. Staff should be trained to be professional when speaking to patients.

I went in for a EGD yesterday. I was very nervous because it was my first one and I didn’t know how to feel about. As soon as I walked in the building I was taken to the 3rd floor and checked in for my appointment. During my visit I met an amazing group of people. Each who individually made me feel cared for and safe. Everyone was patient with me and talked me through the whole process. The amount of care that the staff put into my visit was a 8 out of 10. The downside of my visit as to why my rating wasn’t a solid 10 out of 10 was because when I woke up Dr Donepudi did not come into my room and inform me how my procedure went, I also did not get any discharge paperwork that I should have been sent home with informing me about what was going on with me. However, I am so thankful to have met Debbie(front desk), Khristie(Pre-Op), Rachael(Pre-Op), Cindy(In-Procedure), Gracey(In-Procedure) as well as both anesthesiologist(whose names I didn’t get before I left) and of course Dr Donepudi! Thank you guys again, I appreciate you all.

Dr. Donepudi is patient and helpful. I feel she listens to my concerns, which has not always been the case in my past experiences with GI specialists.

Dr. Donepudi is an awesome physician who takes her time with you and she’s very thorough in regards to explaining your medical procedure and addressing your questions. She and her staff are extremely courteous and very professional. The office atmosphere is very relaxing with an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a great Gastrologist I strongly recommend Dr. Donepudi. God bless, Tommie Hale

If you see this, please don’t go. As soon as she sees you, she’s going to send you to do a colonoscopy , endoscopy, whatever she can charge to the insurance without any information whatsoever, she has no sympathy at all, she don’t care at all about her patients. It’s all about her pocket. Worst Dr ever. If it’s for me, no stars for her.

Very respectful and staff is amazing and helpful

I have been having so much trouble for almost 6 months now. Dr. Donepudi diagnosed me fast and efficiently. I am now being treated for h-pylori. The nurse practitioner, and Mrs.Debbie are all wonderful. Thank you all for being professional and helping to make this process much easier than I expected! I appreciate you all!

Dr. Donepudi, her office ladies, and nursing staff are the best! I don’t write reviews but knew I had to take the time to brag on this staff. She truly cares about her patients, their pain, and what’s going on in their lives. I can’t thank her and Debbie and the girls enough for some of the best medical care I’ve received.

This was the most unprofessional Doctor's office I have ever visited. I get the feeling that she is fairly new to medicine and has no clue to what she's doing. Had it not been for another doctor, she would have totally misdiagnosed me. Dr. Donepudi was rude and very unknowledgeable. I still haven't received a clear picture of her diagnosis.
