I was trying to make an appointment and they never answered the phone.
Dr Wilbert & his staff was AMAZING with my kiddos who have Autism!!! Almost 4 hrs there n they were so very patient!!!
Dr.Wolbert and his staff are caring and professional. The Dr. is always ready to any answer any questions and concerns you might have regarding your treatment. So glad I chose this place. Highly recommend
West Texas Allergy was great! They had great service and the staff was so kind. The doctor spent lots of time helping me with my problems. He answered so many of my questions. I could tell how good he was because I saw all his awards hanging on the wall! The staff helped me feel very comfortable the whole time during testing. I highly recommend going there. My siblings already made appointments.
Great service!
My husband has been a patient for many years & previously had no problems with treatment. However, he recently had a telavisit with a PA and she prescribed meds for sinus but recommended he take a Covid test & let her know results. Unfortunately, he tested positive & called to inform them. He was told a new prescription was ordered. We waited all day and I finally decided to call them back because the pharmacy had not received the order. The receptionist informed me they inform the pharmacy after they see all patients. Waited and Still no medicine. My husband called back the next day and informed them. He then got a call from nurse or PA to let him know they were submitting the prescription. Well now the weekend is here and still no new medicine. Thank God he's been vaccinated and booster otherwise with this poor management of medical practice he'd probably be in the hospital by now.
So cool
At this point im really angry. The allergist can see how you struggle with your kid with allergies. And dont even care. Just give different medicine every time we go. They dont tell you about the NAET Allergy elimination treatment. Cause they dont want us to have healty kids. Thanks to a Doctor in Idaho our son is allergy free now. And our son’s allergies were BAD! And dont even say that the NAET treatment doesn’t work. Cause we have heard from allot of people that had this treatment and even got cured from deadly allergies. And the allergies never came back to anybody who had this treatment. Cant believe how less the allergist care now these days
I had an amazing visit at this office. I finally understand my allergies and have a plan in place to get better. Thank you Dr Wolbert and staff!
Very unhappy, was “seen” by a medical student and my child received skin testing for multiple food allergens despite the fact that I was certain he was reacted to hummus. I was told he needed to avoid multiple common foods due to skin testing (which is highly inaccurate) but they didn’t bother to test for chick pea or sesame! Dr Wolbert said to go home and try it again since it’s an unlikely allergen… stupidly I listened and my child had a major reaction. Now, we are paying our new allergist thousands of dollars to do food allergy trials to try and figure out if my kid is even allergic to any of the 10+ foods I was told we had to avoid because This office doesn’t follow the guidelines of NOT performing skin testing for foods that children have not reacted to and are at low risk of being allergic to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
