The stars are for the ambiance and cleanliness of the office. However, our interaction with the dentist was awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. We brought our 10 month old in for his first dentist appointment. The wait took nearly an hour, which I can be understanding of. When the dentist did finally see us, he didn’t really speak, he did not introduce himself, he did not instruct me what to do with my son, nor did he explain what he would be doing. I had to ask if he’d like me to sit down in the chair with the baby to even prompt any form of dialogue from him. He began ripping open a toothbrush and a package of substance but when I asked what it was he didn’t respond. During the remainder of the quick brush and 5 second “exam” he spoke less than a sentence and didn’t bother to tell us anything about what he saw (for example: what he thinks of the teeth development or current cleanliness, anything). He didn’t show any interest in my child as far as how you would expect a pediatric dentist to treat a baby/child. It was all very robotic, quiet and uninformative. I would not be comfortable seeing him again.

Mi experiencia fue terrible me hicieron sentir que era parte de una cadena de producción el doctor nunca me habló después la asistente realmente no sabía cuáles dientes tenían problemas la que supuestamente tenía que limpiar mis dientes nunca encendió la lámpara ósea vio mi boca a oscuras solo me pasó un cepillo con al un producto Y aveces sentía que no estaba tocando mis dientes no saco ni un cálculo dental, igual sucedió con uno de mis hijos me fui con un presupuesto sin ninguna explicación dental lo que tengo malo en mi boca y cuando salimos era la hora de almuerzo y casi no había quien atendiera a mi hija no le removieron unas caries en una muela porque el doctor se desapareció entramos a las 11 y salimos a las 2:40 pm. Que terrible lugar no lo recomiendo a nadie

I attached a text they sent me after I had an appointment scheduled @5pm, I work over an hour away. They texted me @1:44pn the day of appointment telling me I had to be there by 3?!😑They also told me they take HSA cards I tried using a visa they said it didn’t work (yes. I had the money in there) and stuck me with a $600 bill I had to pay out of pocket. On the second visit I had a they told me I needed a crown, and that someone would be back in the room to explain procedure, 30 minutes later no one showed up so I walked out. This place is very unprofessional & slow to do anything they will keep you waiting & don’t value you’re time there was tons of workers standing around talking to each other about BS
