After being informed I would not be charged for seeing the doctor 7.5 months later I receive a bill stating I owe more than 1300 for an “emergency room visit” the registration clerk called it another type of visit

On the 24th of November I was sent to Signature Care ER for treatment for Kidney Infection. I just want to say that Everyone there was awesome!, From the admitting clerk to all of the Nursing Staff ( especially Julia and Jose ) I can't say enough . They all made sure I was as comfortable as possible , I was kind of nervous at first just knowing I had to spend the night in an ER facility and how cold those places can be, but OMG! not at SignatureCare Center; I was in a very comfortable room had a great bed, I was very comfortable and was given a lot of TLC. That has such an impact in one's recovery. Thank You ! SignatureCare team and thank you Dr. Vicky Bakhos Webb, she went to check on me the evening after being admitted. That was so awesome as well...

Jessica, Becky and Dr. Plante were great! Attended my son promptly! Very friendly and great bedside manner. He was tested for flu and COVID, took chest xray. I appreciate them being thorough.

I am sharing this for my son John L. Cheesebrew. He was really sick and y'all gave him such great care and he asked me to leave this for him. He appreciates the way he was both listened to and cared for. He would and does recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone else in need.

On 4-30-21, I visited this facility to have treated what I believed to be an ear infection. Dr. Gregory Starr inspected my ear with an otoscope and did see fluid in the ear but it was not infected. He suggested over the counter antihistamines.He decided, at the time, because the visit did not render "emergency services" that he would bring the charges down to $175 for the visit which was what I paid.Last week of November 2021, I received a bill from Round Table Physicians, their billing company, that I owe an additional $486 for Dr. Starr's fee and $1,609 for emergency services bringing the grand total to $2,270 for just using an otoscope.I called and spoke with Round Table Physicians and they stated that $175 is just a deposit, which stood in complete contradiction to what Dr. Starr and the front desk staff stated back in April. SCAM! Be aware.
