I always hate MRI’s not the best in small spaces for a long period of time, had 2 MRI’s with the new machine I was done in about 20 minutes. Technician and receptionist were great!

Worst. Motion. Ride. Ever. The ride operator, Brian, was great, but even his enthusiastic attitude and friendly personality couldn't make the MRI tube ride enjoyable. The ride itself is noisy, cramped and feels so clinical, not what I expected for the admission fee.

This new facility is clean and has a secure locker for your personal items. I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time. The staff were professional and friendly.

Today was my 1st time to be at TouchStone. I’m sorry I did not get the name of the technician that took my X-ray, but she was really nice and made me comfortable. There was very little wait time. And the facility was very clean.

Had to undergo a procedure I did not want to do and admitted as much when I met with Isha and Lori. I have rolling veins so the 'vein whisperer' Brian came in (perfection). They did such a great job of telling me exactly what to feel/expect and were spot-on! Great staff. Can't imagine going anywhere else (not that I want to go back but ... if I gotta, this is the place).
