Not very understanding about mental health!!

Took my 3 month old son in with cough and fever of 99 and they refused care saying something about the medicaid not paying some fee, they said either u pay or we dont see him, had to take him to an ER, aslo long 2 hr or more wait times every visit, we will be changing doctors.

Not a place that has earned recommendations the poorest service ever if your willing to wait to be called in bring breakfast and lunch it takes 2 hr or more to be called on for some results on a physical test I’d would not had given them a single star as far as ratings

I called a week before to schedule an appointment for my daughter to be seen I spoke to someone and said yes bring her in at 3 pm I get their and front desk lady was very rude saying that they don’t do appointments so I was going to have to wait to be seen that’s why I called ahead to avoid the 3 hour wait because on my last visit that is what they recommend me to do 🤦🏼♀️

Do yourself a favor and don't go to this doctor. I went with this doctor because he delivered babies and because he is a medical doctor so I thought he was a good doctor because he had a lot of experience. Well I was wrong evertime I went I asked questions and most were left unanswered. The day I was in labor he got there 11 hrs later and only to say I was going in for a C-section which that wasn't the plan.. He only went to do the C-section and never checked on me again other doctors had to go in his place he went back the next day and did a circumcision to a baby but didn't even bother checking on me..on the wk of check up I asked why I wasn't able to deliver normal he didn't even knew what to say.. Never going back there again . I don't even know the reason why he has good reviews check on the most updated ones and they are not pretty

Maybe he was having a bad day but doctors need to stay professional while on the job. He downplayed the illness I had which ended being much worse. I was concerned for my health so I asked questions and he responded with "well what do you want me to say? stop doing what makes you feel sick" I never went back.

Came for a walk-in at 11, receptionist said they couldn't take patients until 2, came back at two, waited till 5 which is their closing hour, still hasn't been seen by the doctor, horribly service, don't understand why they need a three hour break when they only open from 8 to 5, at least the doctor's are nice but it doesn't make up for the beyond horrible service
