I was told by 2 different people on 2 separate occasions that my telephone appointment would be with a doctor. I told them that I was not interested in having an appt with anyone else EXCEPT a doctor (due to previous negative experiences with PA's and nurse practitioners.) I also told them that they would probably NOT be able to accurately diagnose me over the phone, as a blood test would likely be required to get a clear picture of my health issues. So, I get a call, and they collect the office visit payment immediately. Then I get a call from a PA (not a doctor,) who proceeds to tell me that, based upon the description of my symptoms, nothing could be diagnosed over the phone. The level of incompetence surrounding this experience blows my mind. The search for medical professionalism continues. 👎👎

Dr Anzaldua has been my doctor for about 30 years. I trust him and his staff to give me the best advice and care possible. Here's looking at another 30 years plus.

Very disorganized front staff. They do not communicate to each other about guidelines and attending patients. No one attended us at the door to take our temperature .We only attended this clinic because they had a very knowledgeable PA that was sought and booked consistently and weeks ahead of time. She is no longer there but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were never attended by Dr. Anzaldua! Just unacceptable
