Been waiting over an hour after watching so many other patients go in And Out. Nothing was ready for my sons visit today. They were calling his regular dentist last minute to get the cavity clearance which they said would be done over a month ago when we booked the appointment. And when they told me they didn’t have the cavity clearance they needed, they wanted me to take time out of my work day to call to get it and give it to them. Basically asking me to do their job. Also Insurance obviously wasn’t checked on their end, waited an 1hr+ for that to be ready. I had originally asked for an appointment at 4 so I wouldn’t have to take time off from work. They said they don’t do appointments after 3. Here we are 4:05 and barely getting called in after it took them an hour 20 mins to get everything ready for him to be seen. Update: 25 minutes after leaving the office I was called and told they needed me to sign some documents for the insurance to accept the claim and pay their part. I let them know I was unable to return as it was about 5:45 and I needed to pick up my other children from daycare and school. I asked them if they can meet me around the area I am in and if they would Be willing to help me out, after all it was their fault they didn’t have me sign the papers even after being in their office for more than an hour waiting. They declined. Office representative told me that if Insurance denies the claim because of the documentation, then I would be responsible for what was denied. That they would increase my monthly payment to make up for amount the insurance would Not pay if denied. Dentist and hygienist were great, but my experience with front office was awful. Now I must wait 30-60 days to determine the outcome of their front offices mistakes. I have already been experiencing anxiety waiting for insurance to make a deliberation.

Una mala experiencia para mi niña que tiene solo 8 años para sacarle un diente tener que amararlos y sedarlos y sacarlos por una puerta trasera todos sedados en verdad que ami si me asusto ver ami hija alucinando viendo cosas volar la verdad parecía como si estuviera drogada mi hija llora tanto no quiere volver a ir y ovio la cambiaré de este lugar
