Most horrible place to be. Waiting about 2 hours for a drug test. Front desk says we are only couple of minutes away and you still wait for an hour. Complete worthless place. Should not be in business.

The wait was over an hour just for a drug test. I made an appointment my appointment said one person ahead of me and I waited one hour and 30 minutes. This is pitiful I would never go back there again.

Made an online appointment for my elderly mother here. We were seen 2 hours after the appointment time. Priority was given to the constant stream of drug screening patients.

I was feeling bad could not breath. So I went to Excel urgent care and Dr Oknjy C. Took the best care of me and has been since the for several years. Thank you Dr. And their medical team staf and services. DNORMAN

worst experience. The provider was very unprofessional. She told me she will prescribe the medication and never did. I called the clinic and was told the provider didn’t give any medication. I was waiting for almost 2 hours before the closing time and was told they were closed so they had to hurry up. I couldn’t breathe so I asked if she could help. She told me to buy something from the counter because they didn’t have anything to help with shortage of breathe. So I had to rush to ER after the visit.

My experience was awesome. I was not feeling well and couldn’t get into see my doctor. I went right into the app. Got an appointment within an hour and only had a 10 minute wait. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, the male nurse in triage, and the doctor was very kind! after I left, I had issues getting my prescriptions from Walgreens because their system was completely down. I called back later that evening and spoke to Cleo and she was very helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred over to CVS so I could get my meds. I’m extremely grateful for her help, I was feeling so bad and was really struggling to get all this done. Great staff.

I am greatly impressed by the care given to me today. Dr Okonji is very knowledgeable, professional and communicates very well. Her joyous prescence made me feel at ease. Praise God that I was able to see her. The other staff were also very friendly.

I’m in Houston to attend my granddaughters graduation and started feeling like a had developed a UTI. I went to the Excel Urgent Care in Missouri City Texas for treatment and want to commend the entire staff there for doing such an excellent job. The Doctor was very personable and made me feel right at home. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Being out of town and needing medical attention is scary, however, I would definitely recommend them! Thanks for being there and for prodding such excellent service!!!!

Today the staff are very helpful and efficient. It’s makes a quite a difference when the front office staff are not scary looking, unapproachable and does not smile.
