Great Doctor, But Disappointing Service at Kelsey Seybold I have been a patient of Dr. Lanerie at Kelsey Seybold for several years now, and I cannot speak highly enough about his expertise and compassionate care. She has been an excellent doctor for both myself and my children. However, I am disappointed with the level of service that we have received from Kelsey Seybold as an organization. Despite my longstanding relationship with Dr. Lanerie, my family has consistently been scheduled with other doctors without our consent or input. Additionally, we have had to wait months for appointments with Dr. Lanerie, even for routine check-ups. Moreover, I recently attempted to schedule a phone call with Dr. Lanerie, but was met with unprofessional behavior from one of his nurses. The nurse rudely hung up on me, stating that Dr. Lanerie was overbooked and did not have time to speak with me. This type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service that we expect from Kelsey Seybold. Overall, while I would highly recommend Dr. Lanerie as an excellent physician, I am disappointed with the service provided by Kelsey Seybold as an organization. I hope that they will take steps to address these issues and provide a better level of service to their patients

Dr. Lanerie is the one provider your child needs. I have seen many providers, they are knowledgeable but Dr. Lenerie is the only one who is knowledgeable and has EMPATHY to her patients which is a quality not seen in many.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Jessica Lanerie. Dr. Lanerie is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She is also caring and attentive. My son loves her also!! She and the rest of the staff that I’ve encountered at Kelsey-Seybold in Sienna Plantation are awesome!

She is so sweet, knowledgeable and had very good bedside manner. She is great with children. Would definetly recommend her!

Dr. Lanerie is very patient, thorough, and caring. She takes time to answer all questions and inform you of everything you need to know about stages in your child's development. She is very knowledgeable and never seems rushed. Would definitely recommend her!
