Nadya Alibhai's Online Review Report Card

I left my video appointment with Dr. Alibhai feeling very unheard and uncared for. While I explained my presenting problem, I gave exact information on what was happening and she responded with invalidating “if” statements, as if what I was saying was not true. She immediately asked me if I needed a doctor’s note, which one the surface seems helpful, but due to her demeanor, it felt like she assumed that’s what I came for. I received more information about what to do from the nurses on the phone calls that I made prior to the appointment. She continuously noted how video appointments aren’t an adequate way to be assessed, but with my weak state that was the only way that I could be seen since there were no Kelsey doctors available within 30 minutes from my home. She mentioned a list of medicines that she had from OB, but I had to ask for that to be uploaded for my view. People do not go to the doctor for nothing, but I left feeling un-helped and like I shouldn’t have went at all.

Dr Alibhai has been my Primary Care Doctor for ~ 4 years. She has been excellent - she listens well and understands, demonstrates authentic concern for my well-being, is knowledgeable, provides me with sound medical/health advice, all while giving me a sense of accountability for making healthy choices without being too harsh. She has effectively treated and guided me through addressing several medical conditions. This is just what I have needed in these recent years to be in as good a shape as possible. Thank you Dr Alihbai!

One of the most caring and supportive people I have entrusted my life with. She explains and offers positive advice. A great joyful spirit. Not quick to medicate you either. She helped find the cause of a nagging issue by process of elimination instead of jumping to conclusions and that was the best route. Very patient too.

We will never go back to this physician again. I’m always taking my mom to all her annual doctor appointments. From day one, I got a negative vibe from this one. She just seemed rude and judgmental. Everything a true doctor is not. I’ve never met a Dr. who acted like it was their right or duty to call Health and Protection Services on people without any justifiable reasoning behind it. She formed some illogical opinion that is very offensive and made me feel as if she believed I was actually abusing/neglecting my own mother. No one, let alone any of my moms other doctors have ever treated me this way or given me this impression.
