Happy New Year; I am here to say Happy New Year because of Next Level Urgent Care!!!!!! SALUTE, THANK YOU, GRACIAS, GRATITUTE; pure GRATEFULNESS to the #1 Life Saving Urgent Care Facility in Missouri City / the world for helping save my Life!!! As a result, I am alive today!!! Thank you, God for directing me there and working through them to expand my Life through their superior diagnosis!!! I feel privileged and I’m extremely honored to be able to personally express my sincere deep appreciation and recommendation for “Next Level Urgent Care” to others regarding their phenomenal care, vast knowledge and critical thinking staff that quickly sprang into action taking extra precautions to identify my illness!On May 29, 2021 I visited Next Level Urgent Care Facility in Sienna attributing my discomfort to acid reflux or perhaps a urinary tract issue. Basically, I was self-diagnosing requesting some antibiotics. Upon meeting their pleasant, professional, and fast -processing staff,” Nurse Practitioner Valerie listened attentively asking questions to get to the cause of m y illness. Nurse Practitioner Valerie stated, “We don’t play here. I would like to get an EKG to rule out your heart.” The Nurse/Technical Assistant Tawana was very pleasant and thorough completing the EKG; while, reassuring me I was in good hands. Nurse Practitioner Valerie did listen to me as well and performed a urine analysis which returned normal.However, Nurse Practitioner Valerie caringly disclosed my EKG had some abnormalities and she wanted me to go the nearest Hospital ER to confirm the results and/or seek greater care. Wow, her delivery was professional, caring and persistent advising me not to wait nor procrastinate; stating, “I was too important to delay my attentiveness”. Later that day Methodist Sugarland determined I had experienced two small heart attacks by further testing my blood levels for enzymes. Basically, I had one artery blocked requiring a stent to allow blood flow to oxygenate my heart which is mandatory for living.I would be remiss and selfish not to express my tremendous gratitude, praise and Thankfulness to “Next Level Urgent Care (Sienna)” for being instrumental in saving my Life!!! Therefore, I count it a privilege to personally recommend their professional treatment to the world! Please do not hesitate to trust in their care to identify your illness to become healthier. They don’t listen at all.

Bring family here when needed, and have always had a great experience - staff is very helpful, they are very efficient if you’ve made an appointment to get you seen quickly, and medical staff/NP’s are very good!

Flu season is back... well all kinds of things are happening right now and once again going to Nextlevel Urgent care they were there for my needs. I went in this morning as a returning patient since I woke up feeling horrible. I was able to check in online and got a text while I was on the way that my room was ready. Easy check in progress and was seen very quickly. The ladies are amazing in there DeVonna, Raquel, and Doris they make you feel so comfortable and they listen to your needs and whats the problem. The physician came in after the tech checked me out for strep throat and the flu. Of course I got the bad news I had the flu after the test was ran but I'm so glad to know what i have and can have the meds in order to clear this up. I have been going to this urgent for a while. My location is the Sienna plantation if you ever in that area and need an urgent care they are the best! Now it's time for me to get better.

I’ve had to come here twice in the last couple weeks for different issues. They exceeded my expectations, so helpful, clean practice, they are so nice also. I didn’t wait either time I went in ( I would suggest calling to make an appointment even if it’s same day )

I took my son to be evaluated for a chronic cough. We were seen quickly and evaluated thoroughly. There was a misunderstanding and they quickly remedied the situation and even exceeded my expectations to take care of everything. Katie and Laurie were very helpful.

Had to be seen this morning and everyone was so nice. I was seen very quickly and taken care of. The NP was very nice and helped me. Would recommend to family.

It's not often that I would write a review of a billing department, but I need to give kudos to the billing department at Next Level Urgent Care. They went above and beyond to resolve an unusual billing issue. Where many billing departments would not have investigated the issue so thoroughly, Matt and his team were finally able to figure out what happened and make things right.

I give this place 5 stars, the doctors are very kind and the environment is very easy and good. They don’t take my insurance and they are expensive but they are very helpful with any of my medical issues, I have at times that the doctors office can’t help me with.They are expensive but they will help you.
