We have been going to Sienna Modern Dentistry for a few years now, and every time we go for an appointment, I am always impressed with their competence, care and professionalism. Michael is so patient with all of our questions; he is very kind and knowledgeable! Dr. Thompson has a great bedside manner and is very good at explaining your health care choices.

I HAVE TO TYPE ALL IN CAPS BECAUSE I WANT MY MESSAGE TO STAND OUT! I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO SIENNA MODERN DENTISTRY. MY INITIAL VISIT WAS WITH MICHEAL. HE WAS AMAZING AND PATIENT EXPLAINING MY FINANCING. EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE X-RAY TECHNICIAN WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL. DR THOMPSON IS AMAZING!!!! PROFESSIONAL, AND SHE WAS ALMOST LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER WHO WANTS THE BEST FOR YOU. DR. THOMPSON EXPLAINED IN DETAIL EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO. SHE GAVE ME OPTIONS. WHEN SHE SAID NO PAIN....THERE WAS NO PAIN FOR ME AT ALL. WELL, I GUESS I FOUND MY LIFETIME DENTISTRY. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND SIENNA DENTISTRY, A PLACE WHERE THERE IS GENUINE CARING ATTITUDES THROUGHOUT! AS YOU KNOW, PERSONALITIES AND ATTITUDES ARE HARD TO FIND IN A BUSINESS...GO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, I GUARANTEE YOU WILL AGREE WITH ME.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Sienna! I highly recommend Dr. Cao, Dr. Thompson and Dr. Chavda. They each have great bedside manner, gentle handling and excellent skills.

This place is the dentistry equivalent of a car dealership. From the moment you sit down, they are trying to “sell” you a treatment without even taking a look or addressing your concerns. I wonder if dentists make commissions on treatments as they seem to be more focused on selling than your dental health. Be aware of their strategy and if possible seek a second opinion from a family's own practice.

I don't know what has happened to this place but the turnover from one appointment to the next is wild. Prepare for over 2 hours for a scheduled/standard cleaning. A "dentist" cutting up your mouth and prying your mouth open due to their lack of skills. Not having tools to complete a procedure ready. Oh and can't forget putting gloves on then touching their hair...very disappointing! Most of the positive reviews were for Dr. Cao who no longer sees patients here per the office manager.
