This place is a joke. Tried it after my family had good results. Have taken over a month and nobody can tell me if and when I can expect my glasses. Emma was supposed to call me back with info, did not answer phone for a few days so I decided to go in person to find a note "closed due to weather", today when I was able to get through, spoke to Debia who stated she would find out and call me back in 1/2 of an hour and guess what...no follow up. Blame it on Covid?

The whole staff is amazingly helpful! I have been to this location 3 times in the last 30days and every employee that I have come in contact with has been friendly, helpful, efficient, pleasant and quick. Andrew went above and beyond to assist today with adding my whole family to the office as new patients which was such a relief- The Optometrists we were transferring from were making the process incredibly difficult. I am very thankful for this awesome team & would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I don’t know why I keep coming here! They suck here my appointment was for 10:15am and it’s now 10:42am and I haven’t been called yet. This is absolutely unexplainable. My time is valuable and I’d like the doctor and staff to value my time as well. #angry
