Got here at 10am Dr Harris was extremely rude and told my sister "she wasn't an emergency and that sarcasm wasn't necessary" when she tried explaining why she was there! He went on to talk to her so disrespectfully! Then forgot about her for 4 hours before I got there asking questions! It is now 4:03pm she's just now getting an MRI after the dr finally calling the neurologist at 1:30 when I arrived and the neurologist requesting one! So here we are 6 hours later doing a 45 minute mri, still have a good 20-25 minutes of Iv med that the neurologist ordered. And then we get to sit and wait and see if he forgets her again to get the mri results and go from there! The nurses were nice but that is absolutely the only thing nice about this ER!! How are you going to be a dr and have such disgusting bedside manner??

To make long story short. They are sorry at the ER I don’t recommend especially if you go at night!! Nurses and doctor were rude.

After needing to sedate an elderly frail stroke patient to “calm her down” so she will rest, and multiple warnings from family she’s weak and a fall risk, she was transitioned out of ICU and fell within 12 hours of being transferred out into a standard room without a working AC despite other rooms being available. She sustained a head injury, broken femur requiring surgery as well as other injuries. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. TRMC needs to be responsible for their patients.

I’ve had too many issues with the Family Care Center to list here. The last one was it took 8 days to get a refill request done and when Teleshia Coleman finally did do it, the dosage was wrong. I’ll never go back. The staff is incompetent and problems are never fixed.

We had an excellent experience. Caring doctors and nurses that also made my little one laugh. Family medical center was also excellent recently.

Very practical and thorough care. If you need good doctors and good treatment, this is the place to come! If you’re a system sucker or chronic victim of yourself, you won’t be happy anywhere you go including Titus.
