Called and made appointment for the clinic by the hospital. I took off work a hour early without pay, I arrived at the clinic and the receptionist looked me up on the computer and said I didn't have a appointment at all . So I had to make another appointment for the next day. Just wondering why I made a appointment a maybe it didn't get entered properly in the computer system.

Unfortunately was not at all pleased with Jessica Allen. Had to see her in an emergency situation in which she cared more about not showing up on a "list" than giving the care I needed. I had been to the ER 3 times prior and said my PCP needed to handle the situation at hand. She didn't even check my vitals or sit down and have a conversation. She acted very unprofessional and put out. I ended up being hospitalized for 9 days after being discharged from her "care." I believe she was negligent and more harm was caused than necessary. Needless to say I do not recommend her.

Unacceptable, front office is clueless. Charged my card, let me sit for 2 hours. Then told me I was marked "left" in the system. But they charged me for a shot , hiw???

Dr Rodney Burrow is the absolute Best Dr ever. Have been using him for 20 years!! Have been downstairs a few times and had great experience there also

The doctors office upstairs is fine. However, the first floor is NOT an urgent care office. When I went there this morning they told me I'd be 100% responsible for the entire visit because I hadn't met my deductible. I have never been asked for more than $30 at any urgent care. They are probably a free standing er, which is not the same as an urgent care.

The downstairs front desk staff need to get their act together, if you are going to advertise the ability to perform something you should be able to do it or at the very least know the business hours and operating practices of the service provider you're outsourcing to.

it is a Saturday afternoon and the pediclinic is closed and my child needs to be seen, but I am told that I would have to change her pcp for her medicaid to be ok to be seen. I thought the whole point y'all were here was to help people. why should I have to change my pcp to use your clinic for an non emergency but after hours of her regular clinic visit when she is sick . now she has to wait to monday..... or go to the er with so much covid? this is not ok.... we have used your clinic with her in the past and it was fine, but now it is not??? not ok!!!!
