Most incompetent medical staff in Mount pleasant. God help you if you are hard of hearing and they have to repeat themselves.. need to lose the attitude. I will never go back.

Great place but they should have all covid testing patients wait in car. People come up here as well for pre employment testing and we don't want to get covid!

Easy check-in online and very quick visit. Nurse and Dr Ward were very nice and informative.

The care was thorough & the Dr's & staff were excellent. We "booked an appointment" online & then called the office to let them know we were there. We waitied 2+ hours (in the car in the parking lot), so I called back to the front desk & was told they don't take appointments, it was 1st come, 1st served. Ummm, that's not what it said online, to which she replied again, we don't take appointments.Let me say again that the Dr's & nurses were very nice (the receptionist was too) but you can not set an appointment!Knowing the above now, I'd still go there & recommend to my friends, but DO NOT expect a room at your appt. time.

The staff was very friendly. Set up appointment online, added insurance and personal info, checked in when I arrived just to find out the app they sent me meant nothing. I had to show everything again and wasn’t even completely checked in until 30 min after my scheduled appointment. That would’ve been ok except I still waited an hour and a half to be seen. So don’t bother trying to make an appointment. Just walk in cause you’ll be waiting anyway.

Dr needs to give out more info and meds to COVId patients. He sent me home with nothing but a decongestant and told me “Idk what else you have to do I just know you have to quarantine for 10days”. Very unprofessional!
