went in the ER with a broken arm. Super nice staff. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Dr. Hellman was great! Literally the best hospital visit I have ever had. I wish more hospitals treated there patients this well.

I was there yesterday with my dad who was very weak. He had fallen and was so short of breath and coughing non stop. I went to Gainesville and we waited 25 minutes in the car for soMeone to come out with a wheelchair. The ladies working the ER were overwhelmed and rude when you asked for help. So we tracked to Meunster and three nurses came out to get him and got him In a room asap. They were thorough and kind. It was a long afternoon but he was comfortable and they were kind to both of us. The lab tech however butchered him up good. Double pneumonia and positive COVID test. They were pretty excited about that one… were being careful and got him in a Reverse ventilation room ASAP and began the clean. They were professional, attentive and I liked the Dr and protocol he would use. Took dad home With prescriptions after they had given him the first round of meds and a breathing treatment. I am very thankful that facility was there close to home where we could at least get a diagnosis and some helpful meds.

One year ago this hospital these amazing rehab dept and excellent medical staff rehabed mefrom Covid . They also rehabed me from Rocky mtn fever 3 years before. My life is great this Christmas thanks to Muenster hospital. Hope all staff their families have a great Christmas!

They have some great nurses, but their overall care is horrible. Their OT and PT are horrible.

No I do not recommend this hospital for PT and OT !! They do not like challenging cases and just don’t care well for the elderly !! Quick to discharge you with no discharge plans. ( like telling you Friday at 2pm you have to have your elderly parent out by Monday THIS IS BS) I would not recommend any of the therapist at all. There were a few nurses and a speech therapist that was good and very concerned ! But overall NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND

WORST hospital! Nobody in sight when we walked through the door with two head injuries despite the fact that we called them when in route and could finally get cell service. I yelled down the hall several times to finally get someone to come help my two friends, one MAJORLY GUSHING BLOOD FROM HIS HEAD, the other with a concussion and had been fainting, falling to the ground, and in and out of consciousness while in route, as they argue with each other who should sit in the wheelchair first the woman/nurse seriously stood there doing nothing more than asking me 'What happened?' instead of getting them both seated before we had to pick either of them up off the floor! Can't we chat about the details of their accident while you tend to them and get them moving down the hallway toward procedure rooms? Why are you just standing there and not taking action? They were 2 of the (I believe) 3 patients there yet their discharge paperwork took an hour and a half. Absolutely terrible! I didn't want to take them there but it was the closest place and the bleeding was getting worse as we drove. We tried to call for 911 assistance but had no cell service until we were 5 minutes from the hospital.

They do not want to work with dementia patients as they do not feel they benefit from physical therapy. The physician at NTMC stated yes, it’s hard work but she does have the ability to improve with therapy. Muenster PT and OT do not want to do the hard work. Would never recommend.

Horrible Hospital!!! Staff is so rude an very unhelpful. Second time I’ve encountered the same nurse that works at the main entrance desk, she’s very rude for no reason.!

I tore the tendon in my bicep. Went to the E.R. Sitting there in complete pain the doctor was more concerned with my high blood pressure, then the detached tendon in my arm. All this on top of keeping me there for two hours. The only positive was the very attentive nurse. She went out of her way to try and help the problem I was there for. They didn't even offer me anything for the pain until I was mad enough to walk out. Walking out was exactly what I did.
