If you live in the Wylie, Sachse, or Murphy area, this is a great ER. They are kind and quick. Hopefully you won't ever need an ER visit, but if you do, give them a try!

Just left, took my 18 month old. Dr Torres was great with my son and so was the staff. Really appreciated Dr Torres kindness and knowledge

Broke my toe! Jenny is the best radiologist ever! The doctor was great as well. She made the visit very easy!!

I had to take my granddaughter here because she fell from climbing and had a nasty cut between her eyes. The staff was amazing at getting us in and her treated quickly. The wait was minimal and once in the room everyone acted quickly and efficiently to make it not so miserable for my granddaughter. After the doctor finished getting her fixed up, he was so kind to offer her a popsicle. Would definitely come here again hopefully though not anytime soon.

We were in waiting room for a little over an hour, but that gave me hope that they were caring and thorough. And I was right! I went in with a broken arm. The nurse Jenny, come out and gave me an ice pack while I waited. Everyone was friendly. Checking in & out was fast. I will return if needed

Staff was very professional. Interesting concept Elevator Restroom in the waiting room. It works. Just don't press #2 in the elevator, there is no second floor! Highly recommend the ER, not so sure about the restroom elevator. There is an urgent care clinic right across the street that is open 9a to 5p and closed Saturday and Sunday. I don't understand that business model. Don't know if it also has an elevator restroom.

I checked it at Baylor Emergency Medical Center, Murphy with chest pains and from the minute I walked in the door, the highly skilled, courteous professionals jumped to my aid. They ran tests, they asked questions - they did their jobs and they treated me like I was a princess or a duchess and nothing else mattered to them other than me! Thank you, Dr. G, RN Elizabeth, RN Randall, RN Blessy, RN Jennifer, Dr Latif and Malik. Oh I hope I didn't leave out any of the names of this amazing team. Everybody was above and beyond anything I could have expected!
