Front office staff actively impedes new patients from getting any information about scheduling an appointment with the Doctors. 0 Efforts to callback after responsibilities are pushed off onto someone else that conveniently isn't in office at the moment to just have the conversation.

Dr Farris and the NP are great. The front office is horrible- they never answer the phones and messages mysteriously come up missing. One lady is more interested in doing her nails then doing any work or answering the phone. They need a better receptionist or front office staff.

Have been going to Dr. Farris for almost 5 years now and I absolutely love him, his staff and the facility. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Dr. Farris always takes the time to sit down and visit with me and listen to me. They are all very professional and efficient.

Pretty fast service, I think my Dr was just very busy which is understandable. But gave me full undivided attention when I did meet with him. Whole visit didn’t take more than 40 minutes. Very clean, well kept establishment. GWEN THAT TAKES BLOOD, AMAZING! Let me tell you right now, if you don’t like needles or nurses generally have trouble finding your veins Gwen is your girl. I’ve never had a nurse take blood from my baby veins so fast. It was in and taking blood within a blink. Truly impressed haha. Anyway happy to call this my new doctors office!☺️

Dr. Farris truly listens to me and he is very articulate & efficient in explaining things to me. So many doctors today want to give one a prescription and rush them out the door. Not so with Dr. Farris. He respects what I have to say and my choices in my treatment. He is so wise and truly the best doctor I've dealt with in the 10 years I've lived in the Dallas area.

There were a lot of people in the clinic the day I was there. Many had the flu. Dr. Farris saw me after about minutes. The medication he put me on was not effective and he was supposed to call me back with culture results in a couple of days, but from Monday till Friday I did not receive a callI had to call them myself . The staff are courteous and professional and the doctor is caring as well. The lab results should have been back in 2 days and were still not back in 5 days. This facility feels like a little minor ER rather than a doctors office.

Dr Farris seemed to really to listen to my concerns however his staff made numerous mistakes scheduling and with follow up. I feel do to the miscommunication the office did not provide quality care.
