I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Imam for a general checkup, with a specific concern regarding neck pain. I must say, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Imam's expertise and bedside manner truly stood out. His thorough examination and attention to detail in addressing my neck pain made me feel confident in his care. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the diagnosis and treatment options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The staff at the clinic were also courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hassan Imam for anyone seeking medical care, and I'm grateful for the relief he provided for my neck pain. Thank you, Dr. Imam, and your team, for your excellent service.

Before going to MedStar Family Care I had seen other doctors, I simply cannot explain the gratitude for the care they provided and it did not end with the visit. I made several follow up phone calls and they were very responsive to my health needs and ready to help. This was not the first time we visited, my kids have been there before and we have had a great experience every time. I know when I want care for myself and my family the people who I can trust and who care is MedStar Family Care.

I always receive the best care. The staff and doctors are awesome. Dr. Jill was fun, took her time to explain my care needs and answered all of my questions without the rush.

Husband went in for ear pain, Provider Chelsea Masfield was rude, seemed as though she didn’t want to do her job, and had a careless manner. Attributes I do not want from my doctor, someone who SHOULD be there for your well being. She shined her light in his ear, poked his ear once and said she couldn’t do anything else. No solution attempt, no sympathy, no care. Went home, bought a 15$ Amazon kit, got the ear wax out within 5 minutes, he had instant relief, and felt better in the next few days. This place is a money scam, I will never be returning because of Chelsea Mansfield. She treats to fill her pocket, not to better her patients.
