DO NOT GO HERE. My mum just went here after searching for a REPUTABLE MUSLIM doctor in the area. She had covid about 3 weeks ago and stressed to the doctor how she was feeling and also needing to get bloodwork done for her heart problems she has been facing. The doctor barely met with her, did not even check her lungs or breathing with her stethoscope, then rushed her off to her PRACTICING STUDENTS for bloodwork. They POKED my mum on BOTH ARMS SEVERAL TIMES until my mum finally was FED UP and left the practice. Why charge her $115? What service was provided??? There was NO SERVICE. The doctor did not even LISTEN to her issues, did not even check her properly after expressing she had covid and how bad it was. What kind of a practice is this? This is a disgrace to the Muslim community, and we will NOT be recommending this practice or the Dr. to ANY of our family and friends that live here in the Murphy Wylie and Plano area!

I am visiting my daughter here in Wylie from California. I got my right hand thumb badly crushed in the car door. It was bad situation. In two days my thumb was floating like a ballon, I was advised by my family to visit MedStar for treatment. Guys I was so impressed by their personalized service from arrival till treatment was completed. Doctor Hassan Imam truly a great medical professional. He treated my thumb with utmost care and got the clouted blood out. I feel much better. My heartfelt compliments for great service given to me. Keep it up!

Today I want to MedStar Urgent Care in Murphy, and I had the most pleasant experience. I saw the nurse practitioner, Jesilinah Mwanyalo. Ms. Mwanyalo explained my condition to me in basic layman's term so that I could understand everything she said. She also asked me several times if I had any questions, and when I did, she took her time to give me a complete answer. She actually listened to me when I talked without interruption. She made me feel as if I were the only patient she had that day ... I did not feel rushed at all. She took such great care of me that when I was ready to leave, I asked if she could be my primary physician. That's when she told me she was a nurse practitioner. The staff at the office was also great. I would go here again in a heartbeat!

My experience was so great, they welcomed us nicely and the nurse and doctors were so nice. It was my first but it was the best. I give it 5 star . and I encourage people to go there more.

When I first arrived the staff was friendly and service was quick. The Doctor greater me quick and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and diagnosed my problem quick. On the follow up they were just as quick as the first time and had a resolution quick. I recommend this place as a good Urgent Care facility.

My family of 3 has been here a few times each, typically on a weekend day. Every visit has been pleasant. The office waiting area is clean and quiet, and the providers have always been kind and knowledgeable. Thankful to have a place like this close by and open when typically other doctor's offices are closed.
