List of Broadway Manor Nursing Home's Reviews
Zero stars. Very bad. My grandma was there not even a week. She was attacked by tenets. The Matt employee guy pushed her. They kept her glasses and her teeth and she was starving from not being able to eat. AND they threw away her 750$ lift chair. She was there ONE WEEK! If you have a soul at all your would not send your loved one there. If you know anyone staying there I advise you to check on them as soon as possible and even consider hiring a lawyer. Brittany is the “manager” and she plays nice but once you catch on to how the facility is they try to keep you out
Absolutely zero stars.Do NOT BRING A LOVED ONE HERE. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. Despicable.Limited information to patient, meds not administered, patients not bathed, diapers not changed. And because of CDC you see your loved one through a window and have restricted scheduled visits that are limited, but when called the state, to complain about this facility they assured me it’s not normal. Nursing homes do this to hide their atrocious ways. Everyone here is trash. I will put you all over the news I swear to god. I will fight with social workers to get your place to close down.
Unprofessional, staff only gain limited knowledge of patient needs and concerns. This limits the care the patient receives. The administration and owners only seem concerned with $$ rather than the care of our increasing precious elderly population. Lack of care increases the risk of further illness or worse.I personally had to move my patient because of this to another facility.
My Mother was a resident at this place. She is 67 and not in good health. She had NUMEROUS incidents with a MALE CAREGIVER NAMED MATT. He IS VERY RUDE, Matt would get on to my Mom while she was sleeping. TOLD HER SHE COULDNT SLEEP. IVE HEARD NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS ABOUT MATT. Very UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ANYONE WITH A LOVED ONE WHO HAS TO STAY THERE. Matt should be FIRED. My Mom had to go to the hospital from Broadway Manor and the day she was discharged from the hospital Mr. Matt threw away ALLMY MOTHERS MEDICATIONS SHE PAID FOR. Because I opted to bring her home rather than be scolded or neglecte anymore by Matt the young Male assistant.
Would never put another family member in this facility again. My mom had things stolen from her. Nurses were rude (not all).
My husband was at Broadway Manor for therapy and recuperation. He only had a slight problem with one male nurse otherwise everyone was great. Their physical therapy department was fantastic. Jack and I highly recommend them.
Rudiest bunch of people. Called to voice a complaint and the administrator would not even concider her employee was at fault. Apparently they think they can block off the access ramps so others can not use it if they have someone waiting in an establishment. I have seen them 1st hand drop off a lady for dialysis 3 hours before her scheduled time and leave her in the waiting area with no attendant or nursing staff.
I'm a 64 year old widower that lived at the Broadway Manor for a month in March of 2019 as a temporary resident staying for physical therapy and occupational therapy and to regain lost weight from a bout with pneumonia and sepsis the month before while in a Tulsa hospital. The hospital food was something I couldn't eat as I had antibiotics via IV that kept me too nauseated or running to the bathroom. My first hot meal at the Broadway was a sloppy Joe, tater tots and more with a desert that was really tasty. When I opened my first meal in the room with my 79 year old roommate, I remember exclaiming "ah, real food". I enjoyed the time spent with my new friend and roommate, Charles Menees. His wife, Dora, would drop by perhaps once a week and for trips to his doctor at the VA hospital. She was great at bringing us surprise milk shakes and homemade goodies. The day shift are all about getting everyone up and ready for breakfast, vital signs and blood sugars. Since I was fairly independent, I made for breakfast as soon as possible. Afternoon shift changes are usually non eventful other than the routine programs for the long term residents and fresh ice water being delivered to our rooms.Major thanks goes out to the following folks I encountered during my stay at The Manor: Patti P. who was my personal assistant at the VA hospital for my appointments. Kelly B. and Rachel B. would check on us and brought me a cup of ice for a late night pop and a snack almost every evening she worked even if she worked on another hall. (See photo of me and Kelli B.) The kitchen staff, especially the breakfast crew knew what I wanted to drink every morning. A tip of the hat goes to everyone in PT and OT for helping me regain the strength and endurance I needed to move on. A tip of the hat also goes to the aide who referred to me as "Brother Abrams". A little respect goes a long way and to all the others that I had the chance to meet but never learned their names. On a ten scale, I'd give my overall experience at "The Manor" an eight. There were a couple of slip up on ordering my pain pills so I went without for one entire weekend without five PRN doses and a couple of times I had to wait an hour from the time I had requested my pain pill. Then there were only a couple of meals that I just couldn't get down. In a facility this size, it would be difficult to satisfy everyone, all the time. Residents with a means to pay may, thankfully, order in pizza from several local eateries; Pizza Hut and Domino's are fast and affordable.Broadway Manor is a medium busy place and the noise level did reach levels where ear plugs were helpful as the hallways could get quite loud, especially in the mornings when there are a lot of activities going on at the same time. But aside from a few minor inconveniences, I'd recommend this skilled nursing facility/nursing home to anyone needing very little intervention to those needing more intensive medical care. For my Veterans Administration directed stay, it was time well spent, for me. Sincerely, Richard W. Abrams, AT3 USN, Vietnam Veteran.
I just want to say thank you for all you did for my mom, Nancy Lasater, everyone was so kind and loving and my mom loved you all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
